4/13 nice new location, line was long but with the line to the door we had our food in twenty minutes. Great quality, clean, plenty of portion, the pick up window looked very efficient. There was no delay on app pickup orders. They were out of chips which seems to be a common Chipotle problem now days. So happy to have one nearby. They also have. A nice patio out front. Next to the parking lot but not near a road.

First time ever eating at Chipotle and I must say I’ve been missing out, although the portions are huge they definitely make sure you get your monies worth. We ordered a few items, but I had a veggie bowl and everything was delicious and fresh. I love the corn, the guacamole was absolutely delicious and the staff were very friendly and generous.

First time eating Chipotle. Ordered my food through the app ( 5 stars ). Picked up the order and the parking lot was a bit crazy the way it is designed ( 3 stars ). Got my food and it took only a few minutes and the building looked nice ( 5 stars ). Got back to the office, only a 6 minute drive and opened the container and found a bug in the food. Already a bad start. I’m starving so I attempted to eat around the contaminated area and the food was cold. I ended up having to throw it away ( 0 stars ). I’m super disappointed and I never leave 1 star reviews but this one deserved it. Pick up time was 11:10am on 4/13/2023.

I ordered through Grubhub, chicken burrito with guacamole, brown rice, cheese, salsa, what I received is just meat on a tortilla. Nothing else!!! Do not give this place your money.. this was my first time trying chipotle and it’ll be my last.

Chipotle is basically one of the few places I can usually feel pretty comfortable eating a chicken bowl without worrying about my food allergies to gluten, corn, and dairy. Most Chipotle’s are normally pretty accommodating about changing their gloves prior to making my order due to them handling tortillas and such prior to my order, However, this one allows their workers to have an attitude about being asked to change gloves, as well as to obtain a separate batch of green sauce due to the fact that cross contamination of corn from the container of corn salsa being directly next to it spilled over around the other items was highly likely. She rolled her eyes and threw the lid off the container and vigorously scooped the sauce on my order before tossing it aside. Then proceeded to forcefully apply the lid to my bowl for the next worker to ring up my order. This is my second visit to this new Chipotle on Zumbehl in Saint Peters and the experience was the same both times with the same worker. My husband talked to the manager this time.

Extremely slow service. Very disappointing. Not totally the lady fault who was working. There was a mom with a maybe 3 year old asking said maybe 3 year old what they want to order. Like she’s the only one in the place. There was no helpers to but your toppings on. That is a staffing issue. The place looked dirty. Again staffing issue. Lots of people standing around.

For having just opened it has gone downhill quickly. Tonight they had what looked like trash bags lining their food containers?! They were trying to close early. We didn’t bother getting food, especially after seeing the plastic bags. Overall it’s really dirty. It’s a shame, we were looking forward to having a Chipotle near us.

Refused to take my order because “they shut down the front” and were only taking online orders…at 6pm, peak dinner times. Except, the food is still right there at the counter, like always. I’m not downloading your stupid app so you can data mine me just for you to be “allowed” to give me the food that’s right in front of both of us. The glory days of Chipotle are long over.
