The food was good tasting except I didn’t get my quesadilla in the packaging it’s supposed to come in. The restaurant is filthy. The floors would not pass an inspection. Our online order was ten minutes late, and we suspect they didn’t start making it until we arrived at the store.

I wish I could give this location a 0; I absolutely would. The general manager Tom is an awful general manager that treats customers like grime. Here is a message from a Chipotle representative I received after reporting Tom on more than one occasion; however, I was never contacted by anyone. Shame on Chipotle as a company for not holding their workers accountable for their unprofessional behavior.

We love Chipotle. We eat it almost everywhere we travel. I’ve been to at least 30 different chipotles. The Springfield location is worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s shocking how bad it is. Of my last four simple burrito mobile orders, three were wrong.

The lady that was fixing my food had a very bad attitude and acted so lazy as if she was hung over from the night before. The portion sizes were very slim and she was throwing them on the plate!! If you go to the one on Dirksen PKWY do not have the black lady to fix your food, she’s the heavy set one.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This place is absolutely trash. Disrespectful employees. I stopped going here over a year ago because every single time I go, the employees are the most disrespectful fast food employees I’ve ever seen. I thought since it’s been a while, it may be better. So I gave it a shot, but not only to be extremely disappointed, but treated with disrespect. The guy serving food today (3.6.23) at approximately 4pm, does a real good job at making you feel bad or as if you’re doing something wrong, by seeming annoyed with every word I said. Eyeroll after eyeroll…..hardly any verbal responses… Will never be coming here again. Waste of money EVERY time.
