Not sure why there are so many horrible reviews. I went here to see if they were true, and despite it is not the best Chipotle ever, it is not a horrible experience. I went twice in 2 days and had my burrito and then my quesadilla on time and not extremely hot, but eatable and without problems. Average Chipotle, but it disappoints!

My meals are always missing at least one item when ordering online. Nothing is done to fix the problem you just pay the same rate and don’t get the items asked for. The quesadillas are always undercooked and the chips are always stale. I often get an upset stomach after eating here. I keep trying it because I’ve never had a problem with Chipotle in the past but this location just sucks. The staff is pleasant but the food isn’t what it should be.

My wife asked me to pick up Chipotle on the way home and texted me what she and the rest of the family would like. I went into the restaurant to order, and after waiting patiently in a long line, I ordered the 1st of my 4 orders, a kids quesadilla, which the worker assembled. I then asked for a regular chicken Quesadilla. The woman working was very rude in telling me that they don’t sell them in the stores and it had to be ordered online. She went as far as pointing at the overhead menu, telling me they dont sell them in the store, and thats why its not on the menu. Now, i will admit that I didn’t look at the menu because let’s face it, it’s all the same ingredients, just different forms. When I go into a restaurant, I should not have to pre-order my food before going in or be expected to get out of line to place part of an order for my family. I canceled my order and will not be going back until they get rid of this asinine policy.

If you must go here, it’s best to go inside and order. Placing orders to go and picking it up is always a mistake. The food is usually leaking out through the bag or super cold. Not even lukewarm. The staff here seem very unhappy and can be rude at times. I only choose to eat here because of the keto/paleo options.

Ordered online a burrito bowel I sat in my car until it was time to pick up my order. Aftr leaving the drive thru I parked to eat and my food was literally ice cold like they had sat my food in the freezer I was so upset I didn’t even get my food remade I literally waisted $20.. this place needs help !

I have been waiting to eat here for awhile now and have been super excited to try it. But when I ordered it, they gave me the complete wrong order, which happens but the fact that my name and order was on a sticker on TOP of the burrito and literally nothing was right about it is super disappointing and a terrible mistake. I ordered a burrito with white rice, fajitas, black beans, and chicken. They gave me a burrito with a meat that I cannot identify, cheese, lettuce, guacamole, salsa, and some type of white sauce. In addition to this, the burrito was ice cold and the chips were stale… I’m an understanding person but seriously… I submitted a request to speak to someone because I deserve a refund. A 30 min car ride to just be disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT ORDER, GO IN PERSON. Food is terrible when ordered low quality something is always missing and consistently cold. When you go in there is typically little to no wait and food is always amazing. A little light when it comes to spicy options available but plenty of delicious options making this a great place to stop and grab a bite.
