Easy to find, ample parking, good handicapped access. Menu is easily understood and large so I didn’t need my glasses on. Order taker was kind, knowledgeable and patient. They made my steak burrito in just a few seconds. Was mostly clean and well organized. The drink station is very poorly designed, no place to put my straw sleeve, cup lids exposed and hard to remove. Almost everyone that needed one pulled out two or three, fumbled around with the others and stuck them back in the dispenser, quite unsanitary. Seating is ok. I’m not sure what is going on with the triangles at the bathrooms, if we can’t have words can we have symbols Americans of all stripes know what they are? I thought they were civil defense symbols or an AA meeting room. If you do your homework you’ll find the triangle within a circle is already taken and have meaning of there own and its not restrooms. My burrito was very good except for the few mouthful of grissle I needed to spit out. Better quality control by supplier might be A good start. Overall it was a nice time, I’ve never seen bare plywood used as decor before, interesting.

While I love Chipotle, about half of those I visit are filthy with dubious “quality” food and sketchy service. This is one of those. Thankfully, none of us acquired food poisoning–I was a bit worried even though the food was okay and not noticeably rancid or unclean. But, the restaurant was filthy (dirty tables, floors) and the service sloppy (you know how it sometimes is after their process: the foil on the burrito is caked with oils, smashed beans, chicken juice, and slimy food residue). A quick clean-up on the prep counter does not take that much time. And, they doubled-charged one of our items. I stupidly did not realize it until later–the perils of credit card use. We care not to return to this restaurant. I hope that management improves the situation soon.

Came in for a quick bite on a Friday at around 730pm. No beans, no chicken, no steak. What do I put in my bowl? Not to many people in the restaurant, most tables dirty, could be easily cleaned up with a 5 min wipe down.

The food was not the best. Too much cilantro, undercooked rice and chips. The portions are small for the price. Overall, I wish I had gotten something else. I’ve had chipotle before and enjoyed it, so not sure if recipes have changed or it’s just this location.

It was gross the meat was not freshly cooked. It’s definitely prepackaged meat that they heat up. It’s just like taco bell. Definitely won’t be back to any Chipotle. The flavor wasn’t even good. Just threw me off and was disappointed in the quality. The place was messy and the guy making my food was a bit sketchy with his attitude. Definitely not your traditional Mexican restaurant. You get better quality going to a real Mexican restaurant. Not this mess they call food.

I came in for a burrito bowl and chips and the staff was extremely disorganized. I was being friendly to everyone who helped because I can understand a low-staffing issue but no one addressed me after the bowl was made for almost 5 minutes and then no one seemed like they wanted to be there or do the job. Chipotle is my favorite place to get food, so I hope next time the staff is better and everyone is more prompt with things.

Rude Staff, filthy tables, Out of drinks and veggies. Ample staff to restock or remake it but lack of committment from staff. I have to ask for everything twice or thice to make it a normal portion. This place was good at one time not anymore.

We usually have a good experience at this Chipotle. We drive 30 miles round trip just to go there as it’s the closest one to us. Tonight we went in for dinner, my chicken was the bottom of the basket and dry and about half of their standard portion, my husband attempted to order double steak and was told and I quote “Probably not because we have to save it for online orders that MIGHT come in” meanwhile, the container is empty. Just overall a disappointing experience.
