I did order pickup…Worst chipotle I’ve ever had. Stringy brown guacamole, not pureed salsa, and half my quesadilla smelled like cleaning solution. I hope I don’t get sick from the little of the food I did eat.

I went in happy to place an order, I thought let me treat myself upon arriving and getting my bowl. Once we got to adding the proteins I asked for Al Pastore I was giving four pieces of chicken sing a little chicken it was I asked for a half Barbacoa, and he literally puts two strips of meat.. after letting him know that that was very little protein he just pass it onto the toppings. And don’t get me wrong. They added a lot of toppings. Still felt like this was unfair. Kind of disappointed and probably not gonna be going back to this chipotle. Next time I’m gonna make sure I go to. Sweet green instead.

Yo we ordered the veggie bowl and there was piece of meat in there! What the heck we can’t eat meat! I get cross contamination is always possible at these places but this chipotle needs to do better . After reading the reviews I understand why they got 3.9 stars!!!

Order online. I have order with guacamole, paid for it and the guacamole is not there. My order also invoice extra protein, pay for it and the barely see any protein in my bowl. Ask for bean to be on the side, they put it in the bowl. What can go more wrong. This location used to be good. I guess they have new worker or something. Very very bad. Just don’t go. Order from other location

This place is horrible. The food is never fresh and they’re beyond cheap with their meat. I tried complaining to HR, but all I got was a bogo coupon that expired in 7days. I’m not sure who is running this location, but they act like that own the company. I’ll never come here again and I will inform all 200 of my employees not to come to this location.

So bad. I ordered online and i was missing chips and i went back with my order and receipt and told them and they said no. I was i paid for it online i just meed the chips. At the end they didnt give me the chips i left mad and will never come to this location as they ripped people off. I would recommend ordering another location. They will steal your money so be careful!

Went here to pick up dinner after work. I got a salad bowl with chicken, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. The chicken was soft and savory. The lettuce was fresh and plentiful. The bowl was just big enough to leave me full and satisfied. Delicious.
