I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but this is the 3rd time I’ve gotten this. I order delivery through their app as I don’t have time to drive and wait in line and find parking. I ordered a steak bowl with extra steak only to receive this. Now I’m paying +$15 for this bowl so for me to receive this is ridiculous. The times I have gone in person and ordered the portions are fine but it just happens when it gets delivered. People who order delivery are paying more due to fees and charges so for us to get this is an insult. Regardless, I won’t be ordering from here anymore as I can find something better for $20

This place is disgusting. Guacamole was brown. Food is everywhere laying around. Extremely dirty place. Employees must have zero training as I witnessed health code violations. Extremely slow too. Had no idea Chipotle could be so terrible. Employees were rude as hell too.

I have come to this Chipotle several times and usually the service is underwhelming to say the least. Today 1/9/23, was an exception. The only female working tonight (around 8 pm) was doing an exceptional job of taking orders and serving food. She was definitely giving her best despite there being many customers in line and her being the only one preparing orders. Not only was she moving really fast but she was also able to manage everyones custom orders without error. That might not sound like much but when you take into consideration all the customers that were there and that this location is obviously understaffed, she showed great effort and willingness to try. Definitely the hardest working Chipotle worker ive ever seen. If she wasnt so busy i wouldve personally handed her a tip to commend her for her strong work ethic. Something rarely seen from employees at this location.

Wow, do NOT go to this chipotle. I ordered on their website and the bowl they gave me was completely wrong. I’m vegetarian and dairy free and this bowl was filled with steak, cheese and sour cream. It took a lot of effort to get a refund but I am mostly annoyed that I have to find something else for dinner at 10pm after working all day. Don’t waste your time at this place

There wasn’t a smile on any of the employee’s faces, they fixed plates for online or phone orders without even greeting us or asking us to hold on. The restaurant itself could really use a deep cleaning. The black stains on the floor around the garbage cans have obviously accumulated over time & the front of the counter has food stains & other obvious old stains. Zoom in on the photos. This location single-handedly turned me off to ever eating Chipotle ever again. The food is always over salted. We’ve ordered delivery from them a few times and we’ve received someone else’s order so many times now that corporate chipotle won’t give us refunds anymore when we call to complain about it. Avoid at all costs.
