The last time that I visited this location was 7yrs ago and I see why. I guess when you ask for extra rice, cheese, and lettuce there seems to be a problem. idk maybe I’m asking for to much, not to mention that she smash up my tortillas shell because I asked for extras. No worries because I won’t be back for another 7yrs. hopefully you’ll get it right!! Oan your attitude cause you not to get a tip! Horrible customer service!

Paul the GM is hard working and enthusiastic! Keeps morale high and workers energized. Busy sunday night and workers knew what to do. Everything I expect in a Chipotle This is my favorite location!

Lady wasnt paying attention to food so I ended up with a completely messed up bowl and I had to eat it because i was already home. The weird thing is I was watching her make my bowl and out of nowhere it switched . Weird but I was left with disappointment.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Please note, this is my local one so I have been here plenty over the last 8 years but this will be my last visit here and I will drive out of my way to not deal with this horrible location. If it isn’t online orders taking longer than a walk in order, or missing items from my order, out of stock on kids drinks or the worst one, serving customers black disgusting guacamole, this place needs new leadership and a new staff who cares about the quality of its food and the customers. Chipotle, do something!!

$14 for a Veggie Bowl with some chips is absolutely ridiculous! Especially when they ALWAYS skimp on the rice and beans! No meat is being ordered and yet the staff doesnt know how to portion the only protein in the bowl? Meanwhile, someone will come in & order chicken/steak which will be piled on until they can’t even close the lid. Makes no sense and it’s unfair to paying customers that frequent. No more though, last time I’m eating here.

Really sad to be honest. I went there yesterday with my bf he got himself a burrito and when I opened it it was the saddest burrito I have ever seen it was literally so empty( he complained about the coworkers serving) then I went and ordered one for myself and the portions they were serving literally sad portions to this one lady they were giving her scraps of the beans and didn’t bother to go and get more beans for my order they tried to give me some sad portions and I asked double for everything which I end up paying 20$ for a bowl that should be looking full and not half empty which it really made me mad sad place and it’s the only chipotle close to me makes me feel like the food comes out of their checks

Longtime chipotle customer, I love the food. But the customer service and staff at the Brickyard location are awful, rude and messy, and the location is very dirty. I got a bowl and I asked for cheese but the server claimed they ran out of cheese, after sitting down to eat, I noticed they open a new pack of cheese. When I asked why they told they ran out they claim they just opened it. Obviously?! I would’ve waited for it, it wasn’t busy with no one behind me. Bring wet wipes to clean your table too. Dirty location. Stay away!!

I never come to this location because I’ve heard how hectic it gets. I live right by it and I rather drive further. I came here on 03/20/22 around 8:00 pm and it was SO BUSY. I mean, I felt bad for the workers. It was chaos.
