Absolutely incompetent/careless people working here. I have ordered delivery from here a few times and every single time they got something wrong. The last time was outrageous. I ordered a bowl with double chicken but instead I got NO chicken. UNBELIEVABLE!!! How on Earth could one of their employees think someone would order a $15 bowl of rice and beans?! Shut this location down. There is no excuse for this ridiculousness.

This was one of the WORST chipotle experiences. They forgot my quac and barely put any chicken in my bowl. They also don’t put mobile orders on the shelf and keep them in the back, so my meal was cold.

I said steak burrito with brown rice and black beans please. A young African woman who serving me kept asking me what kind of rice I want three times. What bean? What meat? I had to repeat everything three times. Was she on something? Her mind was somewhere else.

The people working here act like they’re paying for your food. They will give you less than half a scoop of rice , meat etc. To top it off when you ask for the receipt the cashier will just ignore you and toss it. I was already on a fine line with chipotle and I will not being returning.

Had dinner here and Chipotle is not what it was. Nothing had flavor, food looked dried out, guacamole was just smashed avocado. The beans no flavor. The rice as not bad. Chips omg how nasty they were this time. No lime flavor anymore and they were stale. Place was a mess all the trash cans filled to the top all of them. So people were leaving their garage just on the tables. Never going back.

Chipotle is indeed not what it was. Corporate greed is causing the downfall of this Americanized Mexican grill spot. Neither the flavor nor the quality is the same and I get food poisoning every time and can’t move for two days. And let’s not forget the price has doubled.
