As someone who eats chipotle more than anyone would care to admit, this was the best gd burrito bowl I have ever had in my life. Especially with my order time being close to closing hours, the love and care was still evident in the food. When I called to awkwardly thank the staff, the woman who took the call was nothing but thankful and polite. Y’all are crushing it. Truly. Best Chipotle in Chicago.

Took long time to get food, working on online orders with long line in store. Got my Tacos meat and then waited for about 3 more minutes for toppings? No reason why just walked away and started more orders but didn’t finish mine. Suggestion, stop taking online orders when lobby full of walk in customers.

Do not order delivery from this location, for the second time in a row they have messed up my order, this time twice in one night. Tonight I placed an order that had large chips, queso and guacamole but they did not send chips. I received my refund through Uber eats and placed another order for chips and a drink.. They again did not send chips just a drink. I mean you really can’t eat dips with out chips but I guess this location thinks otherwise. If they cannot place chips in a bag then I wouldn’t expect them to put the correct ingredients in your bowl, burrito or tacos either.

One of the better ones. They didn’t skimp on the ingredients in the bowl I ordered, the Chicken al Pastor was appropriately spicy and the chicken and rice was actually hot, as opposed to merely steamer-tray lukewarm. Worth ypie while if you’re that area.

I used to come here a lot. It’s been going downhill fast. Online orders are constantly late. Not just 5min late but 20min late. At this point, I’ve switched to Burrito Beach for 90% of my burrito bowls and only go to Chipotle if Burrito Beach is closed.

This location is the worst. The app lets you order ingredients that they don’t have in stock. Even when they have the ingredients, the order is almost always incorrect. Ordering online is useless as the food is never ready when you arrive. I got a refund for my last order and I’ll never return.
