When I want healthy fast food I get a salad at Chipotle. Service at this location was nice enough, portions and taste was fine. I liked my salad with barbacoa more than the rice bowl with steak. Definitely add guacamole and cilantro.

Worst location. Manager Daniel doesn’t know anything about customer service. I ordered a bowl, and he gave me a spoon of meat, and it insisted that this is the normal size by showing me a cup of salad dressing. He didn’t even give me that much, which was the problem. I come here often and was never served a spoon of meat. After I confronted him, he left behind the counter. Unacceptable! This was my last time there. What a waste of money!!!

I had a chicken bowl delish. My son grabbed the steak tacos he’s not a fan said the steak tasted Like tuna. I tried some of the steak also not a fan. EXTRA RED SAUCE IS THE WAY TO GO.

We got into the city kind of late, walked around to find something to eat & found ourselves here. There was no line, the food was good and even though it was late, they still had everything available. There were others in the restaurant it had a nice feeling to it, we sat in the window so we could watch people walk by. It was a pleasant experience, will go back

Absolutely the worst chipotle in the city. Didn’t wanna write this review till it disappointed me over and over. Steak has no season on it，both rices are always mushy，with the same price you get the least meat in a bowl compare to any other location!!!

Let us down this time! You may ask why our picture shows us eating our bowl with our lid… let me tell you: We had a day of it…. delayed flight. Lost luggage…. we were looking for some silver lining with some burrito bowls from chipotle. Got no silverware, no napkins, and wilted lettuce.

This should be a run of the mill Chipotle. However, one factor stands out. Saveon (apologies for the spelling!) was an excellent employee. He had gont through a near burn at the cost of a quesadilla and still managed to perform at an high customer service level. Providing a holistic and positive experience. He deserves solid recognition and I hope the local owner and manger see this post.

This is a great location. Staff are friendly and efficient. Guacamole is good here. In general I’m not a fan of chains, and Chicago has incredible Mexican food in general. However the awesome Mexican food in Chicago area is not located downtown. You have to commute. So I had to compromise and try this location.

I put my order in 20mins in advance for pick up at 1pm, and it wasn’t ready until 1:30. They clearly have a system error going on and should have been fixed to avoid situations like this. There was about 6people waiting with me for their orders as well and employees saw us and didn’t bother asking us about our orders until they were finally asked to check the status of our orders.
