I wish I would have read the reviews before I visited this Chipotle location. This place was beyond dirty. The bathroom and dining was unkept. Some of the tables still had food on them (something I didn’t notice until I was leaving the store). The food counters had food all over them. The counters in front of the grill were cluttered and they were sitting cooked food there with no lids. The food on the line looked old, dry, & not fresh. I tried to seek what didn’t look old & cold BUT I failed! My last straw was the lady who was preparing my burrito bowl. She wiped the counter where the assembly of food is displayed with the gloves she was handling the food with. I said ma’am you need change your gloves! She said it’s just food that was spilled. I said ma’am you wiped up old food off of the counters, threw it away & your going to use the same gloves to touch customer’s food??! She got an attitude but changed the gloves. I can only imagine what she was doing before I got there. To add…when I 1st walked up, she was making a delivery customer’s order… she was touching the food with the old gloves to put the food in the tacos. Then she tosses the tongs from the fajita veggies…which fell half way in the pan. Needless to say I threw my food away, I was disgusted & one bite and I can tell it was old. The sour cream & salsa smelled funny. I ended up with a stomach ache.

This Chipotle just opened up and it looks pristine inside. All the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive! I came here because I had to leave my car at the shop and it was within walking distance. I told my story of how I had to walk in the snow and my car being out of commission to the girl making my meal. When I went to pay for my meal, the cashier told me it was on the house and that she hopes my day gets better. I couldn’t believe it! I almost cried. This Chipotle went above and beyond for this customer and I’m so grateful for that. What a great crew!

First time I ever received stale chips. Disappointing since they’re my favorite. Everything else was great, though.

Been here twice and rice is not fully cooked always crunchy. The staff is nice to give me new bowl. But they need better training on how to cook rice.

Clean, well maintained. Staff were very responsive and nice. A good Chipotle location. I like mixing the steak and sufritas in my burrito, it feels like the perfect balance between protein and fiber. Chipotle overall feels healthier than most texmex eateries out there.

This place sucks!! What’s the use of online ordering if you can’t get the order right! Every freaken time they mess up my order! Either the sour cream is missing or salsa!!! I ordered chicken quesadillas, with sour cream, corn and green salsa!! And this is what I get!!it’s so frustrating!! Pathetic!!

Listen to the other reviews and go to a different chipotle. Every time I go to this one I get the smallest joke of a burrito or the lightest bowl out of all the chipotles I’ve been to. The manager there is very frugal with consistently small portions of everything. Sucks because this one is closer to my house but I go to Oakbrook Terrance now. Terrible idea of management- they think they getting their bonus’s (increase margins from skimping everyone’s order) but they’ll loose out in the long run when more people stop going here.

Untrained millennial half a**ed burrito rollers will give you too much, then when you politely suggest/ask/beg them to double roll it with another tortilla, you get a know-it-all, snarky blonde haired valley girl “it’s fine, i’m a pro” remark. It only further infuriated me when the f**** thing broke right in half, instead of saving it, she scooped off 1/3 and rolled a bunch of now soggy slop in a tortilla.

Took over 20 minutes just for them to get to me and I was 2nd in line. In addition when I checked out there were probably 10+ people waiting and 5 people waiting on pre-paid pickups that hadn’t even been started. This location has gone down hill QUICK

They are so stingy with the food like it comes out if the employees pockets. I literally have to tell them all the time. Not stepping here anymore.
