This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too . The guy who started our order was super rude ! if you hate your job or the fact the I’m spending 80$ so you can get your paycheck you should probably work somewhere else. the girl next to him was super nice and tried to make up for him . on the way out you could see how messy the whole place was, when we walked in there was nobody in front of us so no reason not have time to clean the counters and stuff. I got a bottled ice tea and specifically asked if it had sugar was told no . after I tasted it I realized in fact it had 12 grams of sugar . to top it off my bowl had a patch of plastic in it and ingredients were not fresh at all .

The food portion was a little lacking today and an ingredient was missing so I had to go back and get it from the counter. The place was a little busy and hectic but other than that the food was great.

Placed an online order that no one ever made, but in the meantime, they serviced about 6-8 guests through the line. I asked when it would be ready. They said working on it. I came back in 5-6 minutes later, and still no food. I asked the manager to comp something, and she offered chips and guacamole. I didn’t want more food. I already spent over $50 for 4 people. Great customer service…not.

The service at this Chipotle is horrible. My husband went in to order food for all 4 of us. The first gentleman was literally throwing the food into the bowls. When they dropped any food, they just took their hands and swept it back into the containers.

The food was good. However, the service was horrible. They were all rude. It was also not just me who they were rude to. The customers in front of and behind me were all being treated the same way, very rudely. At first, I thought maybe they were having an off day. There were 3 young ladies working the counter that day. I was there about 11:50am.

Possibly the worst chipotle in the area, portion sizes are horrible, store is dirty and employees are rude almost everytime. I placed mobile orders a couple times since it’s near me and everytime it’s been wrong, the last time they did the opposite of everything i ordered. If you can avoid it, avoid it. The one on Kirk rd is much better.

This location used to have great food and service, but I can’t remember the last time my order had been correct or complete. When you go in, the prep area is messy and dirty, and they almost never have the line open because they’re only accepting mobile orders. There doesn’t ever seem to be enough staff and they all looked under 18 with no manager in sight. I don’t know if they’re not getting support they need from management, but they do not seem to have what they need to run efficiently. I would recommend a different location.
