This is the worse chipotle I have ever visited. They were out of steak and the rice was so under cooked. I asked to order chips and guacamole and the cashier stated chips are for online orders only. I asked him he was serious and he was. I have never heard of that. The restaurant was so dirty tables were disgusting! Definitely will not return to this chipotle.

Was out of steak regular chicken. Had no chips at 6:22 coming to peak hour no guacamole. Line was absolutely dirty customers had to ask for towels to wipe down their own tables. They weren’t wearing aprons on the line no hats on around the food. The supply station was out of napkins lids and silverware. Trash cans were over flowing and they had one person on line by themselves. Absolutely the worst store I’ve seen and the most disgusting show of cleanliness

Food was bad. Everything seem cold and tough. They forgot to give me the drink cup for the drink I ordered and had to be asked again. No utensils in the bins and the place had not been cleaned in quite a while there was food and napkins all over the floor and the trashcan was missing from being emptied and trash piled everywhere. When the trash can was brought back it was instantly filled and they didn’t even make an attempt to get rid of the rest of the trash.

I rate this location 1 star because of how bad my food was. I ordered bowl. I was missing the veggies, salsa and corn salsa. The rice was super crunchy and the food was ice cold like it had been sitting for an hour. The delivery was only 8 mins away .the bag was not safety sealed and the chips I ordered were soggy, super oily, and stale. I didn’t get utensils or Napkins also. I will never come to this location again. I’ve had multiple issues with this location. I’ve already contacted corporate about this issue and this location

This place is so dirty. Does the manager even bother to look at the cleanliness of the food counter? This food prep area would fail a health inspection. Workers dont take pride in cleaning. Manager obviously doesn’t have control over this location. Look at the pic. Gross.

The level of service I received at this Chipotle was disgraceful. If I could give it a 0 star rating I would. My family and I went in to grab some dinner around 5:30pm on 6/30/23. I barely eat here to begin with but this is what they wanted. I ask for 3 bowls- 2 double chicken and 1 barbacoa. Mine was the barbacoa bowl. The young woman proceeded to help us and she wasn’t listening when I said one of the double chicken bowls was no beans. She made both of them with beans. I ask her to just add beans to the 3rd one. She starts to put meat on and not the beans until I raise my voice! She adds the beans and starts to put the barbacoa on it. The barbacoa container was empty so she put what she could (which was very little) and asked someone for more meat. No one goes to get any meat and my bowl is just sitting. A guy picks up my bowl and starts to ask what I want on my bowl. I said “how about some more meat!” Instead of going to get more meat, he takes a spoon and is scraping the bottom of barbacoa container, literally adding shreds of meat to my bowl. That is where I lost my appetite. How unnerving is it to see this kid scraping through the juices to the bottom of the container to give me some scraps? These damn bowls cost too much for anyone to be scraping the bottom of the barrel for meat! By this time my appetite is gone and I’m thoroughly disgusted. I will never patron this Chipotle again… ever!!!

Chipotle is usually one of my favorite places however this location was not stocked well with fresh containers of new food the associate wasn’t to in a hurry to get them refilled. Food looked old & hard from sitting and the cooked seemed overwhelmed. My fiancé notice the pickup /door dash side was fully stocked with fresh everything. So we felt the in house customers were less important than the online orders

I hardly make reviews but at this point this one deserves it. If you want to save your money, choose a different place. This is the second time I ordered, and they got it wrong. The rice was undercooked and hard. Tastes like your eating plastic pellets, and the portions are not properly accounted for…while drenching it in lettuce which I did not ask for and being upcharged for Guacamole and was not on the bowl. Both me and my wife’s bowls were cold, at this point I called the place multiple times and no answer, just dead air. Again, if you want to save your money don’t bother going at this location, you will be very disappointed and sad that the establishment is deteriorating, happily take your business elsewhere.
