Two stars only because of the food. The chicken Al pastor isn’t good at all. Chicken is fine but the flavor of the Al pastor marinate isn’t good at all. Could be better. Just has low mild Spicy flavor to it but not a spicy flavor with actual taste to it if that makes any sense. Al pastor needs to be a touch of flavor and spicy, this didn’t have that. Didn’t finish my food as i wasn’t satisfied. Also place is fine, do think they should clean up once in a while as tables had rice crumbs and beans.

This place has been getting much more different the last couple months. Food has been off as well as the workers. Everyone seems so miserable. Had a burrito bowl today and the rice was still hard and crunchy. The chicken was very bland. If I would’ve known, I would’ve never wasted my money here. Sucks.

So I ordered a burrito bowl and chips with guace and two orders of queso. I always order my bowls with double meat and extra lettuce cause I make a bowl last three meals. I also always get queso in my bowl as well. I placed my order to be picked up at 9:40pm (after work dinner). Arrived on time and no order was ready. I asked and the woman told me she’d check only to come back and tell me they’re out of queso and they have none hot. She tried to replace my queso with guac until I told her I ordered two orders of queso and it was in my bowl. She magically reappeared with queso to my delight. They begin making my order and then she comes back to me to tell me they’ve been out of barbacoa since MID-DAY and if I’d be willing to sub with steak (closest price comparison) I agreed. They made my food and I left happily until I got to my sister’s house and opened my bowl. I didn’t watch them make it (probably my biggest mistake) and they literally gave me half a scoop of steak (I ordered double and ALREADY PAID since it was a mobile order) and a few pieces of lettuce even though I asked for extra of that as well. I get that I didn’t pay for extra lettuce but I did pay for extra meat and didn’t even receive a full portion of the meat I didn’t want. I won’t be returning to this location. I only came to this one out of convenience and I won’t do it again. The Chipotle by my house WOULD NEVER. I’ve attached a photo of my very sad bowl.

The girls who served me was snotty and wanted to charge me extra for not putting rice and meat in my bowl… Felt rushed and she even put my corn in a separate container… And went to the bar on the side to finish off my order… I faithfully go to Chipotle cause I don’t like greasy food… But everyone should wear a name tag to be called out for service…. But all I can say she was Mexican… And wore a ponytail…. Does that help?

I went there because it was my day to cook for my family of 4. I wanted Mexican, so I figured they’re in the neighborhood, plus I like Chipote and it would be fast. They were fast enough but my family had to improvised their selection based on what they had available (meat selection and condiments). When it was my turn to order, I was amazed that they didn’t have any steak and were not cooking any. I was told there would be a 20-30 minute wait for that. I was going to wait when I saw a young man putting the steak on the grill. I paid for my family’s meals with a hundred dollar bill, when the young lady gave me my change, I noticed it was $20 short. I brought this to her attention and she corrected her mistake. But that made me feel like that was just too much. So we left and I went and brought authentic Mexican for myself I spent a lot more than I intended but it was so satisfying and good

This has to be the WORST Chipotle ever. I have ordered from here several times and I have had more bad experiences than good. My advice, if you want your order to be right and arrive in under an hour than only order during the day. The only reason why we ordered from here again is because we were given a reward from the last time they screwed up our order. Order arrived 45 minutes late and was wrong and low quality.
