Literally the absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve come here with my husband numerous times… more than 5 times. Almost Each time we came here, the staff had Attitudes. Instead of giving us the proper portion amount to begin with, they would pour us half a spoon full of whatever burrito bowl we would order. When asking for a full scoop or for EXTRA they would still pour less than what we asked… when we would ask for more they would respond “we will have to charge extra” which is fine… however when I ask for EXTRA and you want to charge me for extra I would expect a SPOON FULL more than what I originally got. This will be the last time we come here. Last time we didn’t get our chips and guacamole and didn’t bother going back or complaining. Not to mention we got brown lettuce today, But after have gone to this place for more than 5 times and getting the same old service. We would rather drive to Lincoln Wood instead. Your management and staff need to do better, and learn proper customer service skills.

I ordered Grubhub deliver for steak bowl, proportions were great except for the actual steak. I moved all the veggies and extras to the side and barely found ANY. For almost fifteen a bowl? Also, my chips were weirdly soggy and stale. I suggest you order from somewhere else.

Yesterday, around 4:50pm on July 23, 2023, I had an unsettling experience at this Chipotle. As the only customer in the assembly line, I was attended by a big medium-height individual with black hair. I wanted to have a burrito bowl, and I picked white rice, black bean, chicken, and fajita. When prompted about toppings, I initially said I wanted everything. He put tomatoes and red chili salsa, and after hesitating a little bit, he scooped green chili salsa. I realized that I didn’t want that and requested not to put it. Nevertheless, he started drizzling the green salsa, at which point I was frantically saying “no no no no no, not the green one!” He stopped and looked at me, and I thought he would stop. But, he decided to continue and finished pouring the unwanted salsa. He then grinned triumphantly at me looking into my eyes and went like “You said everything, and everything includes this (green chili salsa).” He also added that I hadn’t spoken loudly enough. It was clear that he heard and saw my request, and he deliberately disregarded it, displaying a bizarre attitude. Stunned by the sheer rudeness of the encounter, I chose not to finalize my order and left the store. The incident left me feeling both upset and bewildered. Was this some misjudged attempt at humor or an ill-conceived social experiment? Regardless, I believe Chipotle should be made aware of such behavior.

First and last time ever coming here. The place is filthy. I was the only person in line and another staff had to tell the female employee to serve me as I stood there a good minute while she had a personal conversation. She didn’t have a good attitude and plopped my food in the container carelessly. There were no utensils I asked for some and then I was asked did I not see them OBVIOUSLY not it was only knives out. So they had to come fill the spoons tray. Clearly this location does not take public health seriously and there isn’t any type of environmental care rounding done. This location is trash and I’m a bit nervous to even try to eat my food. Please find better employees and clean up. Public health department needs to take a trip here.

Ordered pickup, got home and it was completely wrong. What was supposed to be a vegetarian sofritas bowl they had put steak in. Called them to try and get the order fixed, but staff hung up on me after telling them there was an issue with my order. Very upsetting not just that they made a mistake (I understand they could be busy), but that the staff knowingly refused to fix the problem or give a refund. This isn’t just bad service, it’s a scam.

The service is always good, but the ingredients always taste old. This isn’t I one time experience either. I’ve gone there somewhat regularly and the ingredients (cheese, rice, chicken, corn, sourcream, and lettuce specifically) are all just mostly low quality. It’s not terrible, and if you’re craving chipotle, it’s still worth getting. But the poor quality of the ingredients certainly makes me think twice about if I’ll get food here.

Not sure how they could screw up so much, but they did. This was the worst burrito I have ever been served, and this place is also the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The outside of the tortilla was drenched in sauce, half of the burrito was ice cold and tasteless, the other half was just tasteless. Not to mention the attitude of the girl rolling the burrito. The only thing that was missing was that she spit on the food.

Truly this is the worst Chipotle in the world. All three times I’ve ordered delivery, it’s just been so so wrong. Not even close. The rice is always undercooked too. Chips are usually not right either. I really just want to gobble down on Chipotle sometimes, but I can’t do that since this is the Chipotle I have.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to bc the flavors are all off. EVEN THE CHIPS ARE BAD! How do you mess up the chips?? I’ve been to like 50 different Chipotles over the past 20 years. Staff is mostly very warm and nice.
