Go here a lot, like multiple times a month. Food is always great and tastes amazing so no complaints there. However this has happened 3 times where my “guac” is literally like two pieces of hard avocado. If this happened only once I honestly wouldn’t care, probably a slip up. But it’s more the fact that this has been a normal occurrence now when i’m paying EXTRA for something & don’t even get actual guacamole in my order. Picture is included.

August 19, 2023 at 7:50pm, I had the most amazing bowl imaginable made by colin mckay with the most perfect ratios of everything. It literally changed my life and I can’t stop dreaming about the heavenly amount of sour cream. I visit other chipotles but it just doesn’t hit as hard.

This is my go to chipotle but they just consistently disappoint. If you come in at 9 they are almost always out of something which is crazy considering they still have a whole hour to be open …. How are you out of chicken and lettuce when 99% of the people will get just that?? Makes no sense. I will be switching to a different location.

I just went to this chipotle and found a bug cooked into my rice. When I brought this up to the staff they were less than helpful and somewhat rude about it. Terrible customer service.

The new adobe chicken is awesome. I wish they had a more kid-friendly meat option (the steak is spicy, yo) and corn tortillas as an option.
