When we walked in I thought this is by far the most disgusting Chipotle I have ever been too. There was not a clean surface anywhere, including the checkout counter. We had ordered our burrito bowls on the app for pickup. We checked the order before we left and the bowls were literally half full. (See pic). So we asked for them to be made correctly. Get them back and then they are still made incorrectly, with my bowl missing sour cream and salsa verde. Which I had to go get at the counter as well. How can you miss 2 items entirely on a bowl you already messed up the 1st time? Completely awful experience. Don’t waste your time or money. Drive down the road to the next Chipotle.

Took The Fiancee’ here for a late supper. The place was incredibly busy! A line in front and a line behind us. I have to give the employees credit- they were slammed, but courteous, professional and friendly. They did their best to keep up, and were excellent at keeping the dining area clean and in order. The food was good, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was good- just busy.

Do not dine in at this place! It is much more filthy than the pictures show. They were out of tissues. They were out of majority of the food items, which is fine if only they inform you before you order. And with whatever they had, they gave little portions that filled the bowl to just over half. The staff did not seem to care. No more Chipotle, certainly not the one in Chipotle. I hope there is a surprise FDA inspection to the kitchen. I would not be surprised if that is filthy too.

I LOOVVEEE Chipotle! Chipotle can be a pricey fast food meaI, especially for delivery, so it is a special treat for myself. The issue I never fail to come across is the inconsistency of quality service. There are times I order and it’s fantastic and worth the money. Other nights, like tonight, I am furious with what I paid for and received. Chipotle indicates that online pricing is higher than in store not to mention fees, tip, and an option to round your total up for charity (which I did). I spent $32 on a bowl, chips, and quac. Well, reall I spent $32 on a bowl of rice and a quarter bag of broken chips. I’m cringing at how ripped off I got. If I recommend something to others, maybe save your money on this location or don’t get it delivered.

Our first visit! Wife ordered salad and I ordered a burrito. First, the girl behind the counter had no clue how to run the register. She was confused. Second, one bite of the burrito and a hair was sticking out, ugh! Third, the place was so nasty and dirty. The floor was sticky and dirty. I’m not that particular but we tossed the food and left.

Longtime customer but this location just keeps getting worse. Tonight my son went in to pick up dinner for our family. The portion size we received on the bowls is laughable. One of the bowls the rice and ingredients don’t even cover the bottom of the container. My son asked for them to add more but they would have to charge more. I tried to call but no one picked up the phone.
