They upped their prices and they wanna be stingy for the scoops? The girl put a sad half scoop of rice in the burrito. When asked if we can get a bit more, they all gave us attitude. The girl with the glasses does not know how to even roll a burrito. Our burritos comes apart easily Unprofessional workers here as well.

Went here with a friend after doing some excessive shopping. We were starving at that time. We went in line and my friend wanted a steak quesadilla. However, they do not make steak quesadillas on the line so, she was forced to order it online. The wait was supposed to be 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, she went up to the counter and it had yet to be made. 22 minutes later she finally got her food. I ordered a barbacoa burrito and they have such small portions and didn’t give me any toppings. They were also so rude and demanding for no reason. Next time you wanna go to this chipotle, i’d think twice. Thank you for reading this lovely review!

I never liked this Chipotle to begin with, but there are very limited options when you work at the mall. The service has only been good one time ever. This time was so bad I had to write a review. I placed an online order around 2 pm for my order to be picked up at 4 pm. First off, the girl told me my order wasn’t ready, causing me to wait 5 extra minutes. Then when I get my food, I could clearly tell this was made when I ordered it because it was cold and already stale. I will always say this is the worst Chipotle to go to.

Never get Quesdillas here. They’re small in portion and don’t serve the same as other chipotles. I literally have asked them to get me two chicken quesdillas but they got me two taco pieces. Service was meh! I love chipotle and this is my least favorite location.

5/20/23…My son thought Chipotle sounded good for lunch so that’s what he went with. He commented on how skimpy the chicken was & he was right. He enjoyed what he got though.

Cashier refused to take cash because she said she “couldn’t make change”. This is an absolute joke. It was a 13 dollar bill and we were paying with a 20. Unacceptable. There was no warning about card only or no cash.
