Worker (woman) that helped me seemed irritated when greeting/assisting me. Didn’t give me much rice, beans, or meat. Took a picture of the meat for reference because the tiny piece of meat she did give me was ALL FAT. As you can see with the pictures I listed below the tiny amount of meat I did have left for my bowl, and the rest being fat not edible. Besides my bowl not being l well packed, I didn’t even get my receipt either! Please save your time and money and go to another location with better customer service and atmosphere

They were out of a lot of toppings and the meat was dry and not fresh. They looked like they did not have an operational system in order/they were all disorganized.

The location in Franklin Park on Mannheim was terrible today. I placed an online order and my coworker picked it up. I was given a tablespoon of dressing for my salad. When I called to speak with the manager, Carlos told me that was the amount that they give. As I was still talking, telling him I wanted a refund because I can’t eat my food, he hung up on me. I called back but he didn’t pick up. I had to go up there. He says he didn’t hang up on me. He continued to says that is the amount they put in the cups. He shows me the cups of dressing they have but they’re half full. I told him you can clearly see this is NOT the same amount. He then offers me one of the other cups but I just wanted a full refund. I took a picture of the cup to show corporate. I will never eat from that location again. Also, my coworker’s food was not correct. He ordered extra beans in his burrito and that was not done. He mentioned that to the lady that was making his order and she just sealed the burrito without correcting the mistake. They had to remake his burrito. It’s a shame you don’t get what you pay for.

This is the worst chipotle I ever visited. I live in Franklin park and last 5 times I visited for last 2 month and today is the last day I will visiting. Reason I’m saying everyday when we come either rice gone over and need 15 minutes for cook, either chicken, or beans, or something is over and there are not even line of customers and 5 to 7 people working inside and they even don’t know what they doing and lack of the food. If this is first time and just one time incident I won’t comment like this. But this is horrible. Employers there should at least respect to the salary they earn. Good luck chipotle.

They Broke My Burrito Got An attitude when I asked to fix it then charged me extra for a double wrap when it was their workers fault they had to double wrap my burrito because she broke it. Each location is extremely inconsistent, You either get great service or great food, Never both. And pray they are not out of 50% of their ingredients which many locations have been. When I go to Chipotle it’s because I enjoy all the options most locations actually have.

Was not equipped in food, the server was not putting enough food in the containers, the girl that was putting the top on one of our bowls scraped the spoon with her finger thank god she had gloves. We use to enjoy coming to chipotle but lately they are serving less and less food and prices are up.

My partner and I ordered ahead online. Once he got there, nothing was ready and everyone was too busy cleaning instead of acknowledging customers (even though they did not close for 2 hours), but no big deal, we never mind waiting.. After already waiting for 15 minutes, they inform him that they are out of guacamole and sour cream. At this point we would like to just cancel the order and get a refund. Instead of giving us a refund, they said “we can still make it, just not the guac and sour cream” Why on earth would we pay $6 ALONE for guacamole to not receive it? Finally, they said they would make a new batch of guac and sour cream since other customers also wanted guacamole and said they would add it to both of our orders. We get home and neither order had sour cream or guacamole. My partner called requesting a refund and they simply told him they “can’t do it” and to “go online” (this is after hanging up on him the first time). We wouldn’t even mind if the food wasn’t horrible — the chicken al pastor was dry.. the whole bowl was basically dry. We never, ever complain about food — we’ll eat just about anything, but the lack of communication skills, leadership skills from management, and overall horrible food has earned a 1 star review. Never again.
