I’ve been to this Chipotle a few times now and I’ve decided I’ll never go again. The food is awful every time, the employees couldn’t care less about serving customers, and the inside is generally dirty and unorganized. I ordered a burrito bowl to go tonight, as well as a kids meal for my daughter. The soft tortillas in the kids meal were so stale they cracked in half, and the rice in the meal was probably about 2 small spoonfuls. The sofritas were overly spicy (which I don’t mind, but for a kids meal generally not great), and the rice in both the kids meal and my burrito bowl was so undercooked it was actually crunchy.

Absolutely horrendous. I ordered and paid for double steak and counted exactly 7 pieces of steak in my entire bowl. There was half an avocado completely uncut in my bowl. The steak was even over cooked somehow. I have never been less satisfied with a meal in my life. I would have preferred cardboard.

I went there two days ago on 5/22 and I was served by this tall black man who was very rude and disrespectful towards me. On top of his rude service, he continued to ignore my questions or demands for how many topics I put on my bowl. Look, I really try to understand and see the good in people but I walked out of there paying for a bowl that just was not satisfactory and with a lasting impression that’ll never bring me to this store again. I don’t believe this individual deserves to work here. I come here all the time and normally the people here are absolutely amazing but this whole expierence ruined it for me.

Used to love coming here! The quality has unfortunately gone down the drain. Look at this guac they were handing out to people. How does this even look worthy of selling? Not to mention it’s like an extra $2.50! Went up to the counter and wasn’t even offered a refund. So sad.

Both me and my cousin had a burrito bowl and the avocados were both ripe and I took my out of the bowl but my 13 year old cousin had a stomach issue and plus the meat and the rice was little cool for my taste

I worked at this store when it first opened and it was so good when the old GM was there and now it’s become disgusting Fr. It was SO dirty today and they skimped me on my chips and my bowl. There’s barely any meat in here it’s all lettuce! and this bag of chips is absolutely sad. If I would have served this to someone when I worked there I would have felt silly. The bowls used to be stacked for how much you pay, and the chips at least were half a bag. Not coming to this chipotle any more. Take the time to go to the other two in the area and pass here.

Food was good. Service was HORRIBLE! I was the only person in line when I walked in and it took almost a minute for someone to acknowledge my presence. Everyone kept working as if I wasn’t even there. No said, “Be right with you,” or “One moment please.” I almost walked out. They didn’t seem to have time for me or my order.
