I go to this Chipotle location about 2-3 times per week and it always impresses me! My food is always served at high standards and in an efficient manner. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. Highly recommend!

I was there last night ordering a bowl. The rice was overcooked and sticky. I guess my server was having a rough night and deciding to show me attitude(not cute btw) I asked for corn and she only gave me 7 pieces of it, not a full scoop. I also asked for a side of tortilla and she threw it inside my bag. Horrible customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This location gave me food poison. I hate writing bad reviews, and I believe this may be one of the very few. I’ve been here before and never had a bad experience…up until now at least. Not sure if the food is fresh or not, but something was definitely past expiration date. I will not be returning.

This is first bad review I’ve ever written but my experience at this location was so horrible I had to do it. I live right next to this location, so I’ve frequented it before and it’s never great but I also don’t expect that much from a chipotle in terms of customer service. However, this visit took it to the next level. I walked in and the person in front of me was ordering their food. It ended up being the employee’s friend so he pretended to pay and walked away with a free bowl of food. When I go up there, the employee tells they are out of black beans (which I saw him give the last portion to his friend for FREE) and chips. Again, normally I don’t care but there was still over an hour until closing, but you can’t be bothered to make any more beans for a paying customer but are okay with giving them away for free?? Now I know you’re reading this and thinking “This doesn’t sound that bad”, but that’s because I haven’t got to the best part. During this whole exchange, two of the other employees are playing catch aggressively with a softball across the entire span of the building (from the kitchen to the window). I know food workers don’t get paid much, but that doesn’t mean you can spend your shift playing catch, and then tell someone you’re done making food for the day. Do better please.

I ask for an extra scoop of rice, and the worker gives me a dirty look and proceeds to give me the smallest scoop of rice. Then forgets to give me a side of sauce. This happened on 8/12/23 at 4:10pm.

Went there around 2:25 pm no meat available literally none when it’s common sense to start next batch once you see it getting low . Once meat was done it was undercooked and red not trying to get food poisoning from here so I ended up leaving and wasting my time

When i went to order at this location they didn’t have Chicken, Fajitas Veggies, Guac, and cheese. The store closes at 10:00pm and i went there at 9:23pm. They also didn’t provide me with any discount saying that “we can’t provide discount since we ran out of ingredients.” Half of the ingredients that i wanted they were out of. I ended up paying $9.15 for beans,rice,corn,sour cream. I would like to know why are you operating till 10:00pm if you cant provide full burrito bowl even half an hour before closing? I paid full price because i didn’t want the food to go to waist when i made the bowl. Also put a sign outside saying that you guys are out of ingredients so customers don’t have to get out of their car to waist energy and risk of being slipped while it’s raining and cold outside.

We love coming to this chipotle! But today I left very disappointed! They started packing up an hour early, and barely left with any options. The employee seemed very bothered when I asked for a little more, and made me very uncomfortable. I understand when it comes to bad days but it’s not my fault if it was the case.
