This is by far the worst Chipotle in existence. The food quality, preparation of food and assembly is always the worst. And I keep going back!! Tonight they somehow combined and mixed up a little of all three of the bowls we ordered. The $8 guacamole was so old, it was actually black and smelled rancid. We had to throw the guacamole out along with my daughters bowl that had the liquidy, black, smelly guacamole on it. This place sucks!

The portions that I receive from this restaurant are laughable. Consistently. Don’t order from this chipotle unless you want a thin, thin, THIN serving of food. I couldn’t even see the rice in my last order. It came with no lettuce and a sprinkling a cheese. Why!? Am I not a paying costumer? Who’s eating the food over there!? I AM SO TIRED. FIX THIS, CHIPOTLE.

This Chipotle on Waukegan Fountain Square is not quite my Favorite one. The food is not nicely prepare. The Chicken is like in little pieces almost like a barbacoa type. The lettuce is not well cut . There are too many employess goofing around. Hey some Employees are very nice and friendly. (Some) I notice alot of unexperience Employees. Chipotle YOU SHOULD PAY MORE SO REAL ADULTS PEOPLE CAN WORK THERE.

They only put steak on a tortilla. I ordered a burrito with steak, rice, beans, salsa, cheese, and corn. I went to the front desk to clarify and they said I only order steak on my burrito. I got charged $11.88 for Nothing. Terrible service. Never coming back to this location.

They have an extra option that doesn’t work, and the ability to request utensils on the app, that also seems to not work. Funny, the app says i asked for these things. Also, the meat is underseasoned compared to other local Chipotle’s.

I recently visited Chipotle for lunch and was disappointed by the price I paid for the service I received. I ordered a burrito bowl with a few added extras, and the final price came to over $10. While the food was good, I didn’t feel like it was worth the price I paid.

Horrible service. This is the third time i place an online order and they mess it up. This time it was extremely messed up. Theres barely anything inside the bowl. I ordered double chicken and barely got a single portion if not leas. I would not recommend placing your online order here. All you would get is disappointment.
