I went for a walk looking for someplace to have lunch. Passed several places, but then saw this Chipotle. I have a Chipotle gift card so I decided to order from them. Has trouble with the app. I had rewards but the app wouldn’t let me use them. But I did order the chicken burrito. It came with the ingredients I had selected.

Food is usual Chipotle. I’m here now and then. It’s a great atmosphere when the guys are at the counter, they hook it up with the portions. Some of the other employees are not good though. They talk super quietly and don’t ask what I want when starting my order. One girl at the check out has pretty bad service skills. She doesn’t say a word and doesn’t even bring the food towards me. I have to reach across the counter to grab it when she’s cashier. Also when some certain employees are working the location is noticeably messier. Food all over the floor and spilled water with no caution signs. Not good, but when certain employees are there they redeem the restaurant.

This location is a disaster run by inadequate kids with zero customer service nor problem solving abilities. Our office admin placed an order for a work group and transaction went through to her bank and to the doordash driver, driver showed up to get the food and chipotle had nothing. Turned into a long ordeal where our admin ended up having to spend another $250 just to get this order. They accused her of trying to steal and that maybe the driver was in on it as if the whole thing was a set up. Well with no refund given to our admin yet for the first order it appears it is chipotle that is the thief here. This whole office will never be ordering chipotle again.

The guac was pretty good today, perfectly salted. I also decided to get a large drink with my chips, and when i went to procure my sip, i felt like i was sucking on a nipple. It wasn’t necessary unpleasant, however i believe as a family restaurant, chipotle should introduce longer straws.

This location has been very disappointing for the past year – we would come here for lunches regularly, but stopped and would not recommend anyone to go – the food quality has reduced, as well as portion sizes. By no means do I expect them to load it to the brim, but considering the increase in costs, we’d expect decent quality and portion. It’s almost like they intentionally instructed their employees to do so – which would be very upsetting. Go to Naf Naf instead – it’s next door.

This place is like any other chipotle restaurant chain. I did not find any difference in the food taste or anything. But eventually this place is too small for the crowd it gets. This is located in a prime official area with lot of offices around, so gets crowded during week days lunch time. The tables are also not clean. Looks like they are kind of under staffed.
