Usually this chipotle never had any problems but lately there has been. What is with ridiculous pricing for such a small portion. Im sure they are many others like me who are not in favor with the portion that is given. I also happen to find a dried up leaf in my meal while I was eating it!!! Im not sure how this happen, whether foods are inspected or not but this is out of hand!! Not only does this fast food place gives little portion + their unreasonable pricing, cant even satisfy the customer for what has been given.

Food was fine. But it is 9:36pm, an hour and a half before closing and a group of employees putting on inappropriate songs doing karaoke when there are customers. This is not a positive environment. They’re making obnoxious noise in the kitchen while clearing as customers are eating. Not professional. Please get better staff. Customer positive experience will start from better staff.

This Chiptole is really declining. The last few times I have ordered from this location have been very disappointing. Chiptole is raising their prices and lessening their portions. Not to mention the lack of care for the condiment station. The food tastes great but this barely half full bowl is not worth my $12.40. I may drive further to go to a nicer location from now on.

Me and my friends all got different food, chicken, burrito, bowl with all different stuff. We are now all sick so idk what they put in the food. Also the employee yelled at my brother saying to be quiet, he wasn’t even being loud while he was ordering

They are now really bad with their portion sizes when ordering online, even when you’re spending almost 20 dollars for extra portions and add-ons. It’s not the first time it has happened, that is why I am leaving a review! I suggest ordering in person because they do take advantage and skimp you! I keep getting ripped off smh.
