This is my first time to order Chipotle. I order the take out since the pandemic. The food is wrapped well, and the taste is great. I ordered the Burrito and the High protein bowl. The burrito is huge and good enough for one person. The bowl has three layers that the top is veggie, chicken is in the middle and the rice is in the bottom. Everything is fresh, delicious and worth for the price.

We went for a quick dinner. There were at least 5 employees behind the counter. 3 tables were occupied, so not super busy. Every table, including those outside, were dirty. They were out of some of their meats and we were told it would take at least 15 minutes to prepare. They were completely out of chips. The employees were not very friendly and seemed to be more interested in each other than customer service. This was at least a second extremely underwhelming visit. We won’t be back.

When Chipotle has the items you ordered available and sufficient staffing, it’s great! That being said, I rarely get my complete order. How come they’re always out of fajita veggies, chicken, and sometimes even sour cream? Since I order on the app, I don’t know that half my order is missing until I get home. What a waste of money! This used to be a fantastic Chipotle prior to the pandemic. I can’t say the same now.

I’ve been in three times in the last month and they’re 3/3 on not having fajita veggies. I come in between 8 and 9 (store closes at 10). Fajita veggies are a big part of why I pick chipotle so this is disappointing.

I will start off by saying I love Chipotle. I am a big fan and have been to Chipotles in many states. This particular Chipotle I have been to at least 15 times in the last month and I’ve finally had enough. Whoever is the manager here should be fired as this is without doubt being run into the ground. Every time I go they are out of almost every meat and various other toppings it doesn’t matter if it’s a Tuesday or a Friday, lunch or dinner, 2 hours before closing or 10 minutes. Tonight again out of everything, the dining room was filthy and their poor staff looked miserable. Tonight they told me they were completely out of chicken but then I watched as they made burritos with chicken right in front of me. From mobile orders that came in after I had got there. Unbelievable if they were that low on product they should have turned their mobile orders of. I tipped them extra cause I cannot imagine having to tell every customer on a Friday night the very long list of things they are out of. I’ve asked for the manager several times and he’s never there. For all the staff who worked tonight thanks for your hustle. To corporate, you need to fix some stuff here asap or your going to keep getting bad reviews.

Ordered through door dash. It was cold, and I know it wasn’t the drivers fault cause he was quick. One my tacos had no meat, the rest were a sloppy mess and missing my fajita veggies. I get that it’s close to closing but if you can’t deliver a quality product at the end of the day then maybe you should shut down deliveries earlier. I had part of one taco and threw the rest away and ate bowl of Chex and a leftover wedge salad from outback. My wife’s meal wasn’t much better. I feel bad for the drivers having to be the middle man in these types of situations.

So we’ve ordered at the grand Ave store 4 or 5 times now, EVERY time so far they have forgot tortillas, tortilla chips, sauce, napkins and utensils, and basically took an average of $7 from us by doing so. Not impressed at all…

Website told me food would be ready at 750. Arrived at 755, food not ready. Bad attitudes by all staff. Girl at register was annoyed when checking out customers. Girl at prep line was also annoyed. Tall kid in back was shaking his head to two kids in line. After 45 minutes; left without my food. Prepaid with a tip, a tip, in hopes my meal would be correct and ready when I arrived. Based on the outward projection of this evenings team I am sure I would have not enjoyed the meal based on the lack of caring. Most likely saved us from food poisoning. Donated 25 dollars to Chipotle. Experiences have been similar at the Billings MT restaurant and I only went there tonight as my wife was thinking of Chipotle and it is close to my house. I will never visit this or any other Chipotle. The brand should be embarassed.
