The gm of this restaurant told the shift leader to tell people they were no longer taking orders, even though they still had 45 minutes left, until close. I was also told I couldn’t go online and order either, even though I did. In all honesty, the gm of this store should be fired for such poor service. The fourth of July is tomorrow. It isn’t today. How about honoring your hours, instead of acting so irresponsible?

First of all, I have to give kudo’s to every Chipotle front facing worker who has to deal with non-stop Karen’s. I watched a husband say “just a little rice…that’s not enough…oh, that’s too much” and then complain about the amount of chicken. Simply put, if you want extra chicken ask for a double portion and pay for it. Then as I am eating, a woman is taking 5 minutes to tell someone what they want and asking “Do you know how many points that is?” I don’t think he is a personal trainer and nutritionist Karen. You are ordering a meal, not inquiring about a mortgage.

THIS CHIPOTLE IS TERRIBLE. I’ve given it SO MANY chances. I’ve gone there multiple times to get different foods to see if ANYTHING they made was good. Everything done poorly. Even the CHIPS. How do you go wrong with chips??? Several staff there act like they don’t even want to be there or just hate themselves. I don’t know what. I feel bad for the few staff there that actually seem like they care and actually work correctly. Worst chipotle I’ve been to. Go to a different one.

My worst chipotle experience. They didnt have chips (at 3pm). Most of the dining was closed. What was open was dirty. We asked for drinks but the girl didnt ring them up so we needed to do a 2nd transaction for drinks. No Tabasco, or napkins. I wont be going back to that Chipotle.

This place is always dirty. The rice is usually old and sticky, and the counters are always dirty. This was my third time having to walk out this year, due to the mess. I will never go back! The health department really needs to close this place, or get new managers.
