This has been worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant in my entire life. On our mobile order, it said our meals would be ready by 7:30pm. We arrived at the drive thru at 7:25pm to be greeted by a stagnant fifteen car long line. We waited in line for over an hour before getting our food that was originally promised to be ready in 15 minutes. In addition, neither of our two meals contained the guacamole that we had on our order so we were charged an extra $4.90 (2 × $2.45) for something we never recieved. This is completely unacceptable and I’m very disappointed.

I have just had one of the best experiences of my entire Chipotle life tonight! Allow me to set the stage, the hour was about 9:50 PM. My girlfriend and I had been famished and had a craving for a good ol’ bowl from Chipotle. Panic set in as we realized we had little time left to order and we’re still miles from the nearest store. Quickly we drove and made it in the Roseville location just in the nick of time! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming even as we were the last customers of the night. Tragedy stuck as I was placing my order and realized that my favorite meat was out. Sensing my sadness, a honorable manager stepped in without hesitation and immediately offered to make a batch of Al Pastor Chicken specifically for me. I was taken aback at this simple act of kindness and was completely shook when he added an entire extra portion and then some of the delectable chicken to my bowl. There is no doubt in my mind that it was the best bowl and experience I have ever had. Pollo and his team made my night and I want to offer my sincerest thank you!

I went to redeem points and my points were deducted but the money was never taken off on the receipt because the guy didn’t ring it up right. I even told him before he even rang it up that I had the mobile reward coupon which I scanned and it took it off the points but it didn’t take the money off so I ended up not getting a discount at all. When I told him to fix it they argued with me and they wouldn’t do it so I had to beg to get my money back. They finally gave my money back for the returned chips which was supposed to be free so it’s good that I got my money back for that but the points were still taken off because my phone thought that I got the discount which I didn’t. And then the girl told me to have a better day in a snotty mean way. Customers don’t need to be treated that way. And they just kept saying “we don’t have anything to do with the points system.”

Asia is amazing. I watched her handle four or five orders by her self. Why three other employees just watched her I could not believe it three other employees just looking at her not assisting not trying to help clearly seeing that the line was backing up and they did not help her and she accomplished it all on her own. I see this ladies future as a manager for sure, or running her own store. Also, the manager was really nice and professional For evening shift

The staff here is clearly working hard, every time I come in. I can’t say I’ve never had an order take longer than expected, but the staff has always made it right for me. Last time in, the crew was experiencing some technical challenges, yet they all were working hard to serve the long line of customers.

Customer service was so horrible not from the workers but from the manager, the male manager had an attitude serving my food and barely put any guacamole rice or any chicken, every time I asked politely “I’ll have a little bit more” I heard him sigh rudely. He didn’t smile once and the whole time he was slamming things. This isn’t the first time that’s happened to me with that manger every time I go in I hope that he’s changed but still no. He needs to be de ranked immediately!

Paying $2.65 for a guac cup that isn’t full is disappointing. Furthermore, she used a white spatula instead of the silver serving spoon, which could have scooped more guac into the container. Each time I go, I hope for a little better service. There has been improvements with cleanliness but teamwork and more training is needed.

Awful experience. Proportions were horrible, store was a disaster. Were out of essentially half of their ingredients. One of the team members put (I’m not exaggerating) a half pound of cheese in my bowl. To the point where I had to ask for him to take some off. Cross contamination of ingredients everywhere. Food left out in the open and smeared across the counter. Seemed completely understaffed and lacking any sort of managerial control.

Drive to another location. This one charges for more rice on a rice and sour cream burrito. I’m tired of inconsistent pricing from Chipotle to chipotle. I will drive to the vadnais heights location and no longer use this one. Have better customer service and try to relate to your customers with special needs.

Went there a couple hours ago, such a horrible experience, the male manager belvin is his name I’m pretty sure. I went to this location twice and the first time he looked so grumpy making loud noises but the second time today he served me up and had completely rude customer service, no mannerism he looked so angry towards me and a couple other customers infront of me, he barely put any rice or steak in my bowl, I asked him if he could add just a little more and when he did he rolled his eyes at me, I know we all have our bad days but not a great example showing your associates how to act negative towards your customers.
