Be prepared to wait, even when you’re the only one in line. Terrible customer service skills. Just as I approached the counter (last one in line) the entire team switched to preparing an online order. I stood there for almost ten minutes without even being acknowledged, even when I asked one person a question. When I finally did get my food (almost 15 min later), I asked why they don’t serve the customers in front of them first. I was told that the online order had to be done by 7:20 (it was about 7:18). I mentioned that I had been waiting since about 7:05, and she told me that getting online orders done on time is more important. I guess the in-person customers (the ones that helped build their business) are nothing more than an afterthought now.

Food taste good, but they skimp out on serving size and is never consistent each time you go. Some days you get a decent amount of meat, next time you go is barely anything. They need to do better serving that and other stuff, and they just plop it on and go too fast. It’s not a speed who can get done first service. And their foods are being mixed with each other so when I want 1 thing, another thing is falling in there.

The girl at the front counter Alexandra is absolutely amazing. She is the best employee at this location. She goes above and beyond every time we come in and she is always so happy and smiley. Best customer service I’ve had in casual/fast food dining.

I have been here for 20 min and there is still 9 people infront of me. There are 3 people working and it’s 5:30pm. I feel really bad for these kids working, it’s clear that this store cannot handle online ordering and have people walking in at the same time. I would not want to meet the manager at this location he/she is probably as big of a hot mess as their restaurant. Again the 3 kids working did a great job. Thus is just poor managing.

DISRESPECTFUL MANAGER !!! (Mariana) She came up to the table me and my sister were sitting at gave us a nasty look, smile and attitude. She shoo us away with her hands while telling us to leave. I don’t remember the exact words she told us but she said something like “time for you two to go, bye bye” in a very sassy tone. Me and my sister got pretty mad and upset over this because we did not give her a reason to kick us out, We were just trying to enjoy our afternoon at this place since it was our first time eating there. Her as a manager should not be treating her customers that way. Totally ruined the rest of our day, and if we do decide to go back there again I expect better !!!
