My sister comes to Chipotle all the time. Today was her birthday, and because her phone was dead, Chipotle did not follow through on their promise to give her guac and chips they promise customers to celebrate.The workers apparently could not even use her ID or look up her her rewards to help out. They just took more of her money when she ordered additional food from the restaurant. From my experience, Chipotle does not care about their customers.

I use to love Chipotle. But now I feel like it’s overpriced and the portions do not equal the pricing. It’s like I’m buying a rice burrito and I always feel rushed to make up my mind. Only because of the way they sometimes look you right in the face with discontent. Just use teaspoons and get it over with! But the biggest spoonful of rice! Rice and beans are pennies per pound. Your company risks getting closed if you don’t listen to your customers. Staff should smile more , and I can’t remember ever seeing the staff smiling and happy. After all, without us, you have nothing. Thank You but I’m not wasting my energy and money for rice.

Usually stop a couple times a week. Went in today and suddenly I’m paying more for half the portion. Half scoop of rice to start on down the line. Asked the line worker if this was a new thing and she replied yes. So I’ll now take my business to qdoba since they still seem to have a filling product and aren’t trying to price gouge while cutting back on portion size.

This chipotle sucks. I’ve ordered from here multiple different times and something is either always missing, or there’s extra ingredients in my bowl I didn’t order. It’s just sloppy and careless and I’ve never been happy with my food from this location. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Don’t come to location expecting to get a quesadilla two other surrounding area chipotle locations allow walk in orders except this location. The guy was basically done with my order then female employee hiding in the back quickly told him no sorry we can’t offer this here, she just seems lazy / disrespectful chips are really stale also meat was cold to the touch I even heard other customers complaining it when I walked in the door. Haven’t been to this location in years probably won’t ever come here agian. Go next store to Noodles and Company.

Used to be good but service has gotten terrible. All my online orders are the smallest portions, even when ordering extra toppings. And when I go in to order in person, staff lies to customers faces about not having guacamole when it’s right in front of them, then go back and say “it’s only for online orders.”
