It’s so much better than it was a month ago. Must be new management ? Or new workers… food tastes better. Queso is perfect and creamier! Not soup like. It was clean inside and the girl was fast and nice about portions. Will come to this location again!

Say and wait for fresh steak, as soon as it was done they take all the scraps and dump it onto my burrito. Didn’t mix it in with the fresh stuff. Do go to this location

We ordered online and apparently someone stole half the food from the pickup shelf. Instead of making new food or refunding the $67 payment, they insisted we leave empty handed and even told us that if we wanted our food we would have to re-order and repay and attempt to get a refund from corporate the following day. Absurd! Do not trust ordering online for a pickup. Store manager was actually insinuating my daughter came in and stole one of the bags…refused to check any cameras. According to her, it is store policy that all stolen food is customer’s responsibility.

Zero stars. I had 30 minutes to grab lunch & drove out of my way to go there. After waiting in line & getting my order, their machine went down. I offered to pay half cash, as that was all the cash I had. They threw my food away instead even though there was no notice of machine failure before I waited in line for 10 minutes. I had no time to go elsewhere for lunch. Manager was right there & offered no support. Won’t be coming here ever again.

The only thing right in my order was the chips and quac. One of the bowls was a burrito and I doubt it had the accurate ingredients since we ordered double meat and it was as small as a frozen burrito. The other bowl had half of the ingredients of the first bowl. Two stars for remaking the order with extras of everything. I appreciate that.

One of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been to. Always out of food with no one seemingly making more, bags of chips with barely anything in them, half full guac for full price (photo included), closes early all the time, employees are terrible and lazy – will ignore customers to continue their own conversations and when you do get one to actually do their job and make your order you generally have to deal with blatant rudeness as well.

I have a allergy to cilantro. I attempted to order a bowl with plain white rice as I did the day before and I often do. The cook refused to give me plain rice while mixing the rice as he continued to decline my request. I stated that I ordered this several times before without a problem, but he continued to refuse while taking plain white rice and mixing it. I asked to speak with a manager but his response was “I am the manager”. The store was not busy neither was it overcrowded. I had to drive to the nearest Chipotle to get my order made with plain white rice. This could have totally been avoided. He cannot use the excuse of not having plain rice. He was mixing it while I stood there. Shameful and very unnecessary!!

Went around 1pm and they were out of so much stuff. Of the stuff I wanted in the burrito, there was no pico, red salsa, lettuce, or cheese. On my burrito was just meat, beans and rice….2nd time I’ve gone in and they have close to nothing out.

look what I found in the chicken bowl I ordered! disgusting!!! and have been calling them for almost 5 minutes, no one is answering. Really really upset! i am not going to let it go. It has ruined my dinner and as going through morning sickness wasn’t enough, i have been throwing up since i found out stone looking like hard plastic in my food.
