Got a burrito and ended up having to get a bowl because it wasn’t rolled properly at all. The employees seemed annoyed that I wanted a bowl after the fact. It tasted fine but for being a burrito place, they should be better at rolling burritos.

The woman behind the register was rude and acted like I was a burden when telling her I had a pick up order which was behind the counter and not in the pick up spot, didn’t have my drinks and had to ask 2 times and then she had to ask someone else to help me get 2 apple juices which were directly behind her and a fountain drink cup. I picked up at the pick up time stated and the food wasn’t even warm. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was terrible, don’t waste your time going.

A child could of made my nasty cold burnt chicken burrito bowl. I was not even done adding aka lettuce and she closed my bowl. It was not edible and I’m not the type of person to return food. Plus they were not friendly. What I do Not understand is who allows a worker to touch food along with run the register. Discussed and will never return. Nasty nasty nasty!

I’ve been here several times. Always gets messy and food on the floor. Can’t blame them, really its always a people manners, not clean up after they eat. Good customer service.

Bro come on… I’m sick at home with covid so I ordered DoorDash and there’s stuff missing from my order! I guess you need to be in the store and physically watch them prepare your food for you if you want it right.

So while the food is always good, this Lindale Mall location needs to be mindful of customers. We got there 45 minutes before closing. Employee was putting chairs on tables. She then began to sweep the floor, pushing all trash towards where we sat and proceeded to sweep right around us. The room temperature was also cold. We ended up taking our food home and reheating it.

The experience started with an employee telling me that sides would be free if I would have ordered online and even tried to say you can only put veggies on a quesadilla. Darn near sounded like he was warning me with every extra. He then rolled my burrito horribly to the point that I just put it in a bowl. Place was a bit dirty from people eating and tables not being wiped down. For a burrito, chips and salsa, chicken quesadilla with veggies coming to $38 we were not impressed for our first time. We will likely just go to panchero’s next time.

I lived in AZ so I grew up on Chipotle; in fact, I was a cook at a Tucson location when I was in High School. Both times my wife and I have eaten at this specific location we have had nearly identical take-out experiences – customer service is nonexistent, and the food (which generally should taste and appear quite consistent across franchises) was bland and the portions were very small. Also, I know it’s a national business, so prices are generally set by corporate – but $30 for a burrito and bowl?? C’mon man!
