This was our first visit to Chipotle, loved the food; the guacamole is amazing. The make your own style menu can be confusing if you haven’t been there before, and the staff are not particularly helpful in explaining how it works. And I was shocked at the “fast food” price when we got the total: $33 for two people. So it’s great food but one pays for it.

I had the worst portion control I have ever experienced at a Chipotle. There’s no way my food even met the suggestion of nutritional value. Not sure if it is a training issue or their standard service. I asked for fajitas veggies and they put 1 slice of green pepper on my tacos. I also had to ask for more chicken as they put only 1 cube/ piece on them. Will not be back.

Chicken pastor was really good. Got the bowl. Chips and queso was my only complaint. Chips were very stale. Like Styrofoam stale.

Gotta love double steak! This place just straight-up sucks. No other way to put it. The quality of food/preparation is absolutely never there no matter how many time I give it a second chance. Even worse, the employees take away from the experience. They are consistently rude,short and judgmental; not nice whatsoever. Wish this wasn’t the case, but won’t be going back.

Very rude staff. There was one person went out of their way to make sure I got the help I needed, the other two were rude. One of them blatantly said “I am not remaking that” when someone else had taken my order. Everyone has bad days, and as someone who works in the food service industry, the treatment I received today was downright hurtful. Something could have happened that affected my time to get to the store, which was about 40-45 minutes btw, and then the bad mouthing behind the service counter? I heard every word you had to say, but then when I asked a question, you just ignore me and let me stand there. Genuinely upsetting service, coming from a server. Seems like from the other reviews this might be a ongoing issue. Sad to hear.

I eat at chipotle 3-4 times a week. I am familiar with the menu and what to expect. The quality of the food at this chipotle was not acceptable. The rice was waterlogged/ soggy. I asked the person at the counter, “what happened to the rice”. She said, “um, they are making more now.” I said, “that shouldn’t be served to anyone.” She said, “so you don’t want rice?” Of course I want rice! I was getting a burrito bowl. The rice is normally the best part. Not the case today.

I gave it one star because I couldn’t give it a zero. Meat was cold!! Portions of everything was small. Not impressed with the service. Later that day I threw up – coincidence? I wonder. Never will go to one again.
