I got a steak burrito, my mom and sister got burrito bowls. They had low trays at the restaurant when arrived. My sister’s rice was not cooked that well. My burrito and my mom’s food was good. Skimped out on portions when filling the bowls/shells. Definitely had good food here before but could’ve been better this time

Someone stole our takeout order, the staff was nice but they ran out of steak, had to make chips. I sat for almost an hour waiting. Everyone was nice, just not well run. The salad seemed small and made up of leftovers.

Food prep area was a mess. Almost turned around and left. 3 people actually working and 4 or 5 just standing around. Manager finally started to clean area with napkins. Not even a clean towel. Got back to hotel and had no fork or spoon. Burrito was hudge with chunk of meat In the center that was not prepped.

Every time I go to this chipotle they have plenty of workers and none of them prioritize serving customers. Someone needs to guide these employees in how to run a business with this many employees capable of helping.

This place used to be my absolute favorite restaurant in this category. Unfortunately, in the past 3-4 months it got degraded to the point that I am not even going there anymore. The past 5-6 times when I went in there to pick up food they were out of at least 3-4 things. I kept going back because I was like this has to be just temporarily but no, hell no I had to leave and go across the street to Qdoba every time because of that. I dont like the flavors as much in Qdoba but at least they always have everything. Too bad for this place, it used to be very good.

Overall it was as good as expected but the kid making the food had long dangly and curly hair hanging in front of his face and wasn’t wearing any kind of hair net. Just seems like a good way to get hair in your food.

I waited 45 minutes in the restaurant past the scheduled pick up time on the app and was told by the staff that it was almost ready multiple times. I asked to cancel my order when it was taking too long and my toddler was losing it, but I was told I couldn’t cancel the order. After finally leaving without my order, I contacted corporate and jumped through a bunch of hoops to chat with a human who could actually help me, to then be told that I need to tell the crew at the store and they could cancel the order for me. This was a beyond frustrating customer service experience both in the store and online with the corporate company.
