I recently visited the Chipotle location, and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. One of the major issues I encountered was the attitude of the staff members. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that they were not interested in providing a pleasant dining experience. The lack of friendliness and helpfulness was disappointing and left a negative impression.

We read the other reviews after the fact! The Guacamole here is gross. The young person behind the counter worked to persuade everyone “it’s fine”. I’ve been eating guacamole for 4 decades, this is not fine. They then said, “we got a bad batch”…. Then why are you serving it?

This is the quality of food you can expect if you use the chipotle app. Completely unacceptable, and they have no way to hold locations accountable as you have to submit support requests to their stupid chatbot pepper. Nobody is held accountable. Absolutely ridiculous.

Do not order guac from this chipotle. This is the second time in the last month that it has been delivered brown. This has also happened to friends of ours recently too. We even talked to someone at the restaurant about this last time. They seem to have no problem delivering out old guac. This has clearly been sitting out a long time.

I hadn’t been to Chipotle in a minute so was ready to chow down. I walk in and up to the counter where there was a sign saying they aren’t taking in-person orders and you aren’t allowed to eat in restaurant… even though the place was half full with people dining in.

Food was good but I ordered my food with red chili sauce which was too hot for me. My fault. Only gave a 3 star because they were only accepting online orders, I’m guessing because of staffing shortage. No staff available for menu questions/customer service. Saw a lot of people turn and leave without ordering when they came in and read the online only sign. May want to have a self service rising kiosk if you’re going to continue with no ordering staff.
