Came here on a weekday 7 pm ish and everything is missing, there’s a drive thru area that has the ingredients but Chiptole team refuses to use those. Missing more than 5 ingredients and do not warn until as bowl in being made. No discounts either unfortunately so just paying for half of the bowl.

Took longer than it should have to get my steak burrito bowl. Then I drive all the way across town to my hotel, settle in to relax and have dinner, and my steak bowl had no steak in it. I don’t mean there was very little, I mean none at all. I had to call 4 times to get around the automated system that answers the phone to speak to a human only to be told they can’t do refunds, I’d have to call yet another number. After calling that number repeatedly trying to get someone I could understand, I was finally promised a refund because i didn’t want to go back across town for another one. So here I sit with a bowl of rice, beans, and lettuce…. yum

First time being here, Chipotle is one of my favorites food places but they have to be careful about how to serve food to go. My burrito was perfectly good but my daughter’s soft tacos was too messy, they put too much guac on it and they made a mess… Everything look smashe!! ♀️

The drive thru service is horrible..rude customer service. Antagonistic, aggressive violent behavior and threatens customers. I won’t be back. The woman at the window should be grateful she has a job instead of harassing customers.

two employees were asking me the same questions at the same time and were speaking over eachother. claimed the quesadilla was online order only even though it’s on the menu. and were out of both steak and lettuce.
