I’m not sure what’s been going on lately, my steak is extremely fatty and grizzly, so many pieces that I couldn’t chew due to that. The vegetables haven’t been chopped well, I literally had a full 1/4 of an onion in my bowl. There’s been less and less salad in my bowls, this most recent visit I had maybe six pieces in there and it was mostly spinach. I place mobile orders with more than enough time and it’s never ready when I get there, always waiting about 10 minutes. Just not acceptable service in any way lately for the amount of money I spend, and I drive 45 minutes to this chipotle so it’s just not worth it for me anymore. So sad

Food is always good, but can’t seem to get any good service recently. The manager is never helping the employees and the pickup orders are taking 30 minutes even without a rush. Terrible system having the pickup order person also check out the in store customers.

So everytime and i mean everytime i go here i pick up carryout and everytime its missing stuff im not unrolling my burrito in the car to make sure you did the job right everyone makes mistakes but i literally pay for it no steak or guacamole thats 5$ but i was charged for it and i get pick on my way through after working 14hr shifts so i go home 35 minutes away to get something i didnt order so i paid 45dollars with a tip to let down my son and wife who love Chipotle

My complaint would be that they probably shouldn’t have 3 obviously very new employees working the line during a busy lunch rush. They were getting absolutely no help from any other team member including the manager. The portions of rice and beans were incredibly small and then my entire burrito was drowning in sour cream. The 2 employees making the two burritos for my group had no clue how to fold them so we ended up with one having a huge tear in the tortilla and falling apart. We asked for it to be wrapped again because of the tear and the girl had no clue what she was doing and essentially turned the burrito into a cube. At one point, one of the guys working asked for help up on the line and the employees that were standing around just laughed at him. The manager had disappeared at one point and no one had any direction. Other than all of that, the store is very clean.

Save yourself some money and go to Qdoba instead. I got the 2 confused and accidentally went here not only is everything up charged for like simple guacamole and queso on your burrito but drinks are also extra and don’t come with ither. Qdoba ls just as good if not better for cheaper.
