You know it’s a bad place when the cashier says “we don’t have receipt paper, our manager won’t put any in due to the complaints” so I’m circumventing the process by coming to google.

Food was below par for a Chipotle. All containers were empty. We got the bottom scraps, no Barbacoa beef. No guacamole. Staff extremely rude and the worst part is how dirty the place is, nasty. Not sure how this location passes health inspections. Made me lose my appetite. Staff super rude and ignorant. Never coming back.

They are racist. On 7/10/23 @ 3:48p I arrived along with a white man. He pulled the door to open it for us. They allowed the white man in but told me they were closed. It’s amazing how these immigrants come to the US, get businesses, and then are racist.

I can’t really rate the food as I never got to order. Walked in and went right to the counter to order food, no one in front of me. Great! Waited about 5 minutes with no service, completely ignored, and watched everyone in the back supposedly working. It wasn’t just a lack of caring but the fact they didn’t want to be there at all. Looked around the dining room and realized the dozen or so people standing and sitting around were waiting for their food. One person out of the entire restaurant was actually eating. Walked out of the place and was behind a guy who had just picked up his food. I asked how long he had waited and he said about 15 minutes and that didn’t included the time spent in line and ordering. Ended up next door at another restaurant and got a meal there. Walking back to my vehicle I passed 3 people coming out of this same Chipolte and I could hear them complaining about the lousy service and wait time. I like Chipolte but at these prices service should not be this bad.

Been here twice. Once was enough. The food is the same at every Chipotle so I’m not gonna comment on that. The customer service was horrible. Employees standing around talking to each other, barely acknowledging the customers and a mean look anytime you ask for something. The only smiles I saw from ANY of those employees are when they were laughing and joking with each other. None for the customers.
