As others have stated.. they are always out of food. When I visited 6/3 around 1pm they were out of veggies, white rice, and hard shell tacos. So basically if you want a veggie bowl you are paying for a product they can’t provide. They let me know they are out of white rice by saying it’s going to be an hour wait .. who is waiting an hour for rice at a fast causal restaurant?! They whole point is it’s supposed to be quick. I counted around seven employees . What is everyone doing?!? The servers attitude was not necessary. The ONLY redeeming factor is the short blonde cashier. She was friendly and picking up the slack of everyone around her. Never again will I visit this location. People work too hard to go to a location that never had what you want and rude employees!

I’ve had 3 different really bad services here. First time I didn’t get my three tortillas I ordered. Then the second time after I ordered and came to pick it up, they forgot to even make my order and third was just now where I got someone else’s food and not mine. I can’t even eat it because I’m vegetarian and this has meat. I’m beyond disappointed with this location and I’ll never come back. I’m too angry to even deal with it. There’s no point for apologies after how many disappointed occasions. The restaurant is okay but this location is hands down the worst I’ve ever been to and I can only be upset with myself even trying to go back for the convenience of it being close.

First, the outside patio area was nasty and the trashcan overflowing. Get inside and it’s no different. I got my order and get to work only to find it was wrong. I order brown rice but got white rice which was quite crunchy. No napkins or utensils as requested. One and done on this location!

If I could give the a ZERO I would. This is the second time I have ordered online. Quick to take my order AND MY MONEY. Get there and they have NO steak. Tell me I have to call the number to get a refund. NEVER showed up on my card for the first one let’s see if this one does. The people are rude as heck and can never get an order right!!! Don’t waste your time or money on this one+!!

Just ordered food online, said it would be ready in 15 mins so I jumped in the car and headed there. To my surprise, the doors were locked and all the lights were off. Ummm why did you take my order and my money? This is 3:15pm on a Friday afternoon. Order at your own risk. I’ll never be back.

Came into the store and ordered a chicken and a steak bowl. The gentleman in front of me order the identical same thing. The older gentleman at the register at the counter basically charge him for a chicken and steak and then charge me for a double steak in which I only had chicken. He did it right in front of my face and when I noticed that the gentleman who had the same identical order paid less than mines it was because he charged me for double steak versus a steak and a chicken. Watch the old guy at the counter he’s ripping people off especially people of color.

I normally dont review chain places like this but honestly I have been here too many times for them to ALWAYS BE OUT OF VEGGIES, explanation? They prep them in the morning for the whole day so when they run out they run out…..um I literally just got food at 11:45am and they open at 10:30am and not only are you out of veggies but all of the lemonade pitchers are empty too? This place NEEDS TO DO BETTER. Why are they accepting low quality at this place but no where else? I eat at several chipolets and none compare to how low on the scale this one is. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP THIS PLACE.

I was totally excited about this meal… but the guacamole was more brown (old) than green, it was turning already, which means it had been sitting for a long time ( probably last nights), definitely not fresh. The burrito bowl had a whole lot of water in it. They really need to take the time to drain the sauce & chicken before they dump it in the bowl. The cardboard bowl was already soaking wet when we picked it up and spilled in the car becausethere was so much. I had to drain all the water out. Was curious as to how much…so I measured it. 1/4 cup of water. 2 full oz. of liquid in my burrito bowl. Chips were STALE! Very, very disappointing. Not a great meal. Very sad!

Excellent service, hard workers, fresh food. I even saw one of the people who was cooking the chicken sticking a thermometer into each chicken on the grill to make sure they were properly cooked and done!! Clean dining facility too. A bit small for a chipotle, but it’s not their fault.

I read the reviews and diceded to try them anyway, needless to say the one star is correct. The manager was rude and rushed my 2orders thru and then got upset because due to his rushing me I wanted veggies added although he had passed them and had to go back, all the while the people behind were being rushed as well!!! I also understand thier trained to get you in and out but I would like to get what I’ want and what im paying for!!!!!!
