The best part of my first and only visit was the brand of bottled sparkling blackberry drink they carry. It was very good. When it came to putting together “The Garlic Guajillo Steak bowl” I figured I would get what was pictured in the board above counter advertisement . I was dead wrong. They look charge you pretty much individually for every item you have them put on. I asked for cheese then the young man behind the counter goes on the hunt for cheese then some guy from the back yells they are out of Queso? How can you be out of Queso? Steak was extremely chewy and not tender as advertised. The avacodo I had them put on looked like they just scooped it out of the avacado. One big ball of guac. The rice was decent as well as the salsa. The chips were a little bit more salty then I care for.

Really hoping this was going to good since it’s the closest to my house but I was let down by the fact that they did not have half the items for my bowl. I even asked if there was some at the other station (which I saw there was) in which I was told no. Veggies and corn, are you serious? Those should always be on hand. The workers seemed annoyed. The tables were sticky and covered in crumbs. I would have thought this new location would have its sh*t together but the workers, the owner, obviously don’t care. I will not be back.

I used to love Chipotle… When one orders a salad, one would like dressing… When one orders Chicken, one would like chicken… Truly are unique times we are living in when you pay for something, and just go empty handed every time. I guess I am paying just to exist nowadays.

Staff not too interested in helping customers, not that there were many here. Food was good. Inside was filthy, no clean tables to sit at, drink machine mostly out of order and appears to need a good cleaning. From the employee conversation we could hear they have a hard time keeping good employees. Carry out recommended.

Horrible experience. Placed mobile order for pickup at noon. Showed up food not ready waited 25 minutes for food. During this time the walk in customers were getting prompt service. Meal was stone cold, obviously sitting. No quality control and workers didn’t seem to care. Will never order again. FYI the ,”pepper” complaint bot is absolutely useless

This location has went really down hill. Chipotle keeps raising their prices and the quality continues to go down. Always out of product to it’s embarrassing for the workers. No lettuce, corn salsa or guacamole. But still have the audacity to ask for the same full price. Get real. This place stinks avoid at all cost. Poorly ran.

Terrible portions now while prices stay high, workers seem to not know what they are doing half the time and I get charged anywhere from $9-16 depending on who is behind the counter but I get the same damn thing everytime, with a change in queso which is $1.70. Shouldnt be charged so vastly different in the same month while getting less and less portions with this increase in laziness.
