That is a picture of my sons bowl before he even touched it. It is half empty. My 10 year old ate this and was still hungry. When we got to the cheese she put even less than what you see here, so I asked for a little more, and you can see how little there still is. She put maybe a quarter of a spoon of each ingredient. I’ve worked in food service my entire life and don’t like to complain. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at Lawrenceburg Chipotle.

I literally watched the guy cutting peppers in the back drop a few on the floor, picked them up, and started cutting them on the prep table for food. Didn’t re-clean them or anything. Disgusting. Called them out for it and their excuse was “the peppers were cleaned once already”. They couldn’t seem to understand that they need cleaned again after falling on the nasty kitchen floor. Paid $17 for double steak and rice for an in store pickup. What I recieved was a smaller portion than I would get from a single sized portion. I tried to contact the store directly and got an automated response.

I have an issue every single time I eat here, last time my guac was brown which is absolutely ridiculous considering how expensive it is…. And today my guac was half way filled, also when they are busy workers are rude I’ve had a guy legit filling sour cream on me and my fiancé bc it got on his hands, I don’t think he meant to fling it at us but it was still upsetting he literally had a tantrum

This place is pretty great all the employees act like it’s there number 1 mission is to service you not like your bothering them cause u choose them. The food is great I love there cheese and guacamole . Also love how they always have something new to try. It’s not cheap but the portions are decent.

I have waited a little over week to right this reveiw. I got to this restaurant at10:05am on Sunday. The door had a 1030am open time. So I went to harbor freight and browsed the isles for about 15 minutes. I got back to the restaurant at 10:20am .I waited for it to open. They had employees inside. I thought going in about 5 minutes after they opened. I grab the door it was still locked. I’m only describing the person for identification. A 30 something young blonde lady came to the door and gave the dirtiest look flipped her head and a way in a huff. I was only there for food for my dad at the nursing home. Arby’s was happy to serve me.won’t be back.
