I will NEVER, and I mean NEVER cater Chipotle again. I catered for 15 people and it was only enough for probably 7. I was so embarrassed at my hosted event that we ended up having to order pizza. I also tried calling the store just in case we left a few boxes, and was only able to speak with people who not at the store. I was placed on hold while she reviews and she disconnected the call. Unfortunately, I could not call back because my event had already begun. But I was extremely disappointed in the catering. We would have been better off ordering individual bowls as I spent over $260. That’s $17 per person, but what we received was not what we paid for.

The food here is ok, but their guacamole is absolutely terrible. Everytime we ordered through the app we’d get brown/black sludge they call guacamole. I know guacamole is still “ok” to eat when brown, but it should still taste good. Their brown/black guacamole was always old stuff and tasted bad. We stopped ordering guacamole through the app and only buying guacamole if it looked good in person when we picked it up.

I’ve placed an order today through the chipotle app! Delivery time is FALSE AND MISLEADING!!! My order was late so I knew that my order would be cold.. I asked the delivery driver could he ask the employees of chipotle to remake my order. They said NO! It wasn’t a chipotle problem!? How not when I ordered through chipotle. I received my cold order and my they gave my OLD guacamole

I purchased the chicken bowl with black beans. Some of the bean didn’t taste completely done. Had them add the tomato, there was no taste to it. I asked for sour cream and gaucamole. She hardly gave me any. My daughter order the chicken bowl from off the app. She asked for lettuce, there was no lettuce, she asked for sour cream and gaucamole, there was no sour cream or gaucamole on her order. The Merrillville restaurant is much better. The kids are not very friendly, but they do a much better job preparing the food and your order. I’ve never had a complaint about the Merrillville restaurant. I will stick with them. Will never got to the Highland branch again. Those bowls are too expensive for such incompetence.

Ordered 2 bowls and 4 bags of chips online for pick-up a couple of weeks ago. First, we were only given 2 bags of chips. That was a disappointment, but what was more upsetting was when my husband and I started to feel very ill after eating a few bites of our meals. We stopped eating and felt sick the rest of the night.
