Nice young lady’s & gentleman go above beyond the call duty text there manager to see if it’s ok serve extra sauce on the side or just can they dress up the chicken that was extra extra dry they say no I say fine can you jus put on side as she then tells me oh you have to order your food online.(cool) I go online to purchase no biggy they prep cool the. Manager text back no no extra sauce I’m sorry. I work in customer service long time I get it but come on chipotle putting extra time to text a manager about a dry batch of chicken for extra sauce when man resources should be focused on service good quality food if that’s not the service then you guys should tell the customer that extra extra bone dry chicken n steak black burnt onions & what ever that other meat was that was anyway I would push team to ensure food is looking great and quality at all times provide every a great customer experience just as you did when your district manager & team was there as on day I was there because on that day service was 200 out of 10 food looked just like the commercial but hey standing on the food prep line picking hairs bumps on your elbow says a lot about you can’t service extra sauce because your chicken lookin extra extra dry because food safety..come on chipotle what happen to customer service and great customer experience. Get it right and do better you guys

5/21/23…We stopped by here while on the way home from a weekend trip to Chicago. My son & boyfriend decided to grab a bite to eat on the way home. They enjoyed their food. The only negative was that my son told the woman preparing his food that he wanted a tortilla twice. It was never put in the bag. We noticed this as we were getting ready to head out. The cashier ended up giving us one and apologized for the issue.

This is the most okay-ist Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The food looked like it was sitting for a while. All of the tables and floor were dirty. The one guy working the line looked like he was trying his best, but the food was not seasoned correctly and was either too flavored or under flavored. This was an OK experience, not great.

Enjoyed my usual bowl here. I got a lot of lettuce which I love. The staff was quick, efficient and helpful. The restaurant was clean and the food was all stocked. I loved the fajita peppers and guacamole on my bowl. I will definitely be back here because chipotle has great food!
