New Chipotle location right outside Kroger on Emerson Avenue. A perfect spot for Chipotle to open a store as the nearest one in this area is on US 31. We went in for dinner and they have plenty of parking around with a drive through faculty which is a big plus. I was excited to try a new location but to my disappointment place needs more organization as I saw paper tissues on the floor, some tables still had little leftover from other customers. Some servers were smiling some were dead serious no greeting no smiling. I thought it’s a new store people should be excited working here but I guess they need more training. I took rice bowl the ingredients were great and it tasted good. Will try in future and will update the review if I will find the changes I mentioned above.

This location at County Line Road in Indy is the worst Chipotle I’ve come across, and the sad news is in the nearest one near me. If you order after 7 o’clock or show up after 7 o’clock the crew is more focus on cleaning up the place so that you may either get shorted on food or tonight I had to wait 15 minutes past my time that I was supposed to have my food ready by ordering online. I watched five employees in the building doing cleanup for checking out while only two people were actually making burritos at the two stations in the place. I wish Corporate would check out the management of this place and find out why it is run so poorly compared any other chipotle I’ve never gone to. I actually just watched the family walk out because they couldn’t get the food they wanted and it’s only 740 at night.

Delicious food, fast friendly service, huge portions and a beautiful restaurant inside and out. We enjoyed our burritos. The place was not crowded on an early Friday evening.

A very tasty experience where you get to make your own burrito. Well the people do it for you 🙂 but you can put on it what you want. The staff is fast and friendly 🙂

Probably one of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. Customers are not a businesses burden and shouldn’t be treated as such. Here’s an example: the manger comes up and aggressively tells the teenage employee that she took her break wrong while making my order. Like I’m not even there. When the manger rang me up, I was over charged by at least $10. I asked for all my queso on the side, but was charged for a large. When I said that it was queso on the side, I was met with, “so a large queso.” I won’t visit this location again. Food quality was fine.

0/5 stars, but that’s not possible. All my mother wanted for her birthday was a cheese quesadilla and the “delicious, fresh” guacamole from Chipotle. We were forced to use this location, as the one closer to our house north on Emerson, because they had a sign up that read “OUT OF CHEESE AND RED SALSA”. You can hardly have a cheese quesadilla without cheese, so we went to this location (this is on a Sunday at 5pm). I blame myself partly, because I should have never left the store with guacamole that looked this way. My mom even took the guac back to the store today, and the lady begrudgingly gave my mom half of the money back ($5, for the guac, BUT they kept the other $4 for the laughably mediocre and small amount of chips) and even told my mom to “throw that away outside when you leave”, referring to the guac. Do they not have trash bins behind the counter? We will never eat Chipotle again. Unfortunate.

I am a Dasher with DoorDash of course. Every time I’ve came in there I’ve had to wait quite a while for the food and they have a drive-through for these orders I went through there this evening. It was around eight do an eight and 830. I had already received a text that the order was ready to go Bev orders because I had two orders. I went to the drive up window. The lady asked me the names I gave them to her. She said we’re backing them up and then she went back to cleaning in about 10 minutes later two other ladies came up there said to be a minute and then another five minutes went by so I drove around to come in and both orders were on the rack waiting for me . It’s very obvious that they do not like DoorDash the time I went in there before last the girl was telling the other girl. I hate DoorDash and I said well I bet the owner doesn’t feel that way. And the girl said, do you see the owner here. If I was anyone ordering, I would not use your restaurant and I am a regular customer there myself that I will never spend another nickel in there. It’s just a shame.

The last 4 times we’ve been here, there has been no fajita veggies & the ones they did have were only for the drive thru??? Not sure why they can’t just put more veggies on a grill. Seemed like they were out of quite literally everything. I will not be going back here. Also the coke I got needed a bottle opener to open.. lol
