In the dark gloomy world very few times do I ever get a “thank you” or we appreciate you anymore. Tonight after working, I needed something good to eat so I stopped by Chipotle to pickup a meal to take home. I was in full police uniform and it was a real surprise to find out this is one of the very few places left in the world today where the staff still provides a “thank you” “we appreciate you” along with a kind discount.

I’ve gave them two chances and not only did they screw up royally both times the fact that it’s like pullin teeth to get it fixed makes the experience even worse! Pictured is what’s supposed to be a chicken bowl with extra chicken and pork and extra cheese. The bowl has literally 4 pieces of chicken and a half a spoon full of pork and was full to the brim with rice! It took me almost two days to even get any type of customer service ridiculous! Almost 30 dollars for one bowl you would think they’d get it right!

This place is very stingy with ingredients. Ordered a bowl, rice didnt even cover the bottom, beans portion was whatever was falling off the side of the spoon. Was given half a scoop of chicken, asked for extra and service worker was hesitant like she didnt want to do it and proceeds to add another smaller scoop of chicken. The protein is the main part of the bowl and what pricing is based on so im just not sure why it is the least added. Workers act like it personally comes out of their check if the use a decent amount of protein. Told her nevermind I no longer wanted it and she scoffed and got upset. Checked out with the rest of my order and still was charged extra. Will never return and if yall used as much time as you take talking to pay attention to how much youre giving customers maybe the place would run smoother. I think a good rule of thumb is if you wouldnt eat it dont serve it and i know on their break their bowl is busting out the sides so stop playin.

Brandi & the new team member that served me were Amazing! Very friendly, fast & extremely professional! I ordered 3 chicken tacos & a chicken bowl for a little under $21 and they were Fabulous! Kudos to you Brandi! Great job Chipotle!

Please give a raise to whomever was doing the mobile order this morning. She was doing a wonderful job and she gave me an upgrade when the steak was out due to a large catering order. She made me feel taken care of. She is doing such a good job! This why I choose to go to the avon location every time.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere for dine-in. I got a grilled chicken salad with toppings. (The salad is almost the same as the burrito bowl. They put greens on the bottom of the bowl, then add all the same toppings.)

Bruh. First of all, how do you mess up chips, stale and impossible to eat. My quesadilla felt like they had 3 year old tortillas in the back and decided to use that for my food. The cheese, it was a life was changing experience and not in a good way. I can’t even describe it. The burrito was not even good either. Do better

Metal in my food?! Was not expecting to find a metal twist tie in my food, but glad I caught it before I started eating. There are multiple shard pieces throughout the bowl? Someone had to have noticed this while making it, it seems very careless and almost intentional. Not only that, but why are the chip bags almost empty?!! I can see the bottom of the bag before even eating any of them. Complete rip off! Wasn’t expecting attempted murder and robbery this early in the day.

I’ll get this out of the way the food is good that is not the issue. But whatever you do don’t order ahead through the app. The portions compared to ordering out front is ridiculous. I got a tiny bite size burrito compared to the people that order at the counter.
