I should have read the reviews before coming here. At 12:38pm on a Thursday, they ran out of Steak and Chicken. We had the wait in line forever for more. Once we were served it was to smallest portions I have ever seen (pics provided).

This store is the newest and closest to our home. We arrived at 4:50 thinking we would beat the crowd. We did. Yay! But the kids working here had been doing absolutely nothing to prepare for the rush. The owner of this store should be embarrassed. All of the trash cans were full. There was food on the table nearest the line that had been left by a customer that probably saw the trash cans and said “why bother”. Every single table was dirty. We wiped ours with a napkin to eat. I witnessed two other people look at the tables in disgust and wipe theirs as well. The food was mediocre. I had a quarter of a very hard avacado on my bowl. I couldn’t even press it with my fork or hands. Skip this location!!

I am very disappointed. I’ve been going to the Chipotle every so often and have not been impressed. I asked for the vinaigrette and this us how much they give me…. This isn’t even enough for tacos and I got a bowl. Also the fact they had barely anything stocked to make any food is frustrating. (No lettuce, no chips, no fajita vegetables, barley any tomato salsa, they gave me a very small portion of steak.) It’s 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. Are you serious?!

Absolutely pathetic. DO NOT give them your business! We live about 5 minutes away and have given this location a few tries but they never fail to disappoint. The place is always filthy and the people working just stand there and expect guests to have a good experience without a clean place to sit. They are CONSISTENTLY out of signature items such as queso, lettuce, shredded cheese, chips, and guac. No warning or sign to indicate that they are out of these items ahead of time, and no apology whatsoever. There’s no excuse!!! Ridiculous excuse for an establishment. Reading other reviews, it seems I am not the only one who has experienced them running out of absolutely everything. Seems like corporate needs to pay these guys a visit and get some new management.

This chipotle is in a pretty busy area with a sports complex nearby, with the busy times fluctuating quite intensely. They have struggled with staffing levels and keeping up with tasks, but it seems as though they are trying to pick it up. When ordering here, give them grace due to younger staff and waves of crowds. Also for all you sports teams about to order 27 burritos, do that through the app or call in. Try not to swarm the building with entire teams.

We went there half hour before close. My brother-in-law and sister ordered steak with white rice. They were told they were out of steak and white rice, so the staff gave them a tiny bit of steak and no rice. There were several of us and when we got home to eat, they opened up their bowls and there was barely any food in them! I was embarrassed and had to heat up rice for them to supplement the small quantity of food they received. Staff should be making more food, not shorting the customers because they are closing in a half hour.
