My partner and I went here thinking we were going to have a quick dinner after doing 12 hours at work. We that ended quickly when we got home and realized that they prepared us child size bowls but charged us adult prices. Then Chipotle doesn’t want to refund or even fix the issue. I think it’s break time for them.

Floor gross and tables gross. Chips were super stale & barely any in the bag. My wife & I felt sick after eating here. Super tired & joint aches. Wondering if their food is super old like those dusty a$$ chips. Never going back there. The gentleman who made our burritos was very nice, but everything else sucked.

Ordering from this location in particular is hit or miss. Quality of food literally depends on who’s working in the restaurant that day. Well today my food was the worst I’ve ever received. Small portions, rice was super under cooked, And I ordered extra steak and received more fat than anything. Which is was very shocking because I know chipotle has strict stand on food, prep, and cleanliness. They do not treat their door dash orders as they would patrons in the actual restaurant and it shows. so beware of ordering door dash from this location.

I have ordered from Chipotle for several years and have been satisfied. This is my daughter’s favorite place. However, this is the first time from this location and it will be the last.. I understand about inflation but holy cow.. it’s not even half the size, even though I ordered extra ingredients!!!

I had this location cater my dads birthday party, everything was good except the steak and chicken. There was so much fat on the steak it was terrible and the chicken was fatty also. I was very upset, the protein is a very important part of the meal!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER FOR DELIVERY. They rarely deliver what I have ordered resulting in me paying a tip to a driver AND a delivery fee even though I end up having to go to the store to get the rest of my order. I’ve spoken with a manager several times and nothing has improved. My orders aren’t even complicated!!! Im deleting my app today and not ordering here again.

We have had bad experiences the last three times we have gone to this location. We have picked up our orders as to go orders only to find missing ingredients, very stale chips, and missing side items. We will be going to one of the other similar restaurants from no one.

It is highly advised to not use the drive up services for this location. This is the bowl and the amount of queso that were received upon ordering via the app and picking up the food. The bowl was ordered with extra rice, double steak, and cheese. The queso wouldn’t have been a big issue had it been thrown in without a full cost. Without constant monitoring at this specific store, this will be the result. They also are frequently out of many items. There seems to be a complete lack of planning for lunch and dinner rushes as well, as it is very common for there to be no back ups made and ready to go to ensure a smooth rush. It’s just a circus at times.

This location has gone completely downhill. The last two times I’ve ordered pick up have been TERRIBLE. Most recently, I ordered a pick up order through the website. I arrive and there’s 12 cars in front of mine (not exaggerating). After sitting there for 10 mins and not moving, I walk inside. I stood at the counter for 10 mins before anyone spoke to me. When I gave the staff my name, she said I’d need to wait for someone else to help me. There were 3 people working the carry out area. The two teenage boys were laughing and talking, working at a snails pace despite the orders overflowing and cars waiting excessive amounts of time in the pick up lane. Finally someone asked for my name and my order wasn’t ready (despite the pick up time being 30 mins earlier). The staff then gave me my order, with a kids meal, chips and drink missing and the hot sauce spilled in the bag all over everything as I walked out. When I came back in and asked them to remake it, they refused. When I asked for my chips, they said they were out. I asked if they refunded me for the chips they were “out” of, to which she said no and to contact the website to figure it out. Currently trying to find a customer service number to get a FULL refund. The other items weren’t prepared correctly and we could’ve even eat it because the salsa seeped into the other food items. ID GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD.
