Wanted to try their new AL Pastor meat selection for a little bit more heat. Made a bowl, it was a perfect dish. Loved the lime and pineapple additions. Our group also liked the mandarin orange aqua Fresca as well as the cranberry teas.

My two daughters and I ate lunch in the dining room today and were appalled at the level of filth everywhere. Every single table was dirty with debris and the trash cans were over flowing stuffed and falling on the floor. The area of the drinks was atrocious. The whole eating area was gross. We had to clean our own table in order to sit down and eat. The girl who checked us out needs to pay real attention to her customers as she kept screwing up our requests. It was very disappointing. The management needs to make improvements at that location.

I thought the Mexican rice bowl was tasty. The place didn’t take too long in line to order the rice bowl. The prices are similar to fast food prices, but the quality of food in my opinion, tastes better than other fast food restaurants. In my experience, the employees are friendlier than at Moe’s. The price is just a bit higher than Moe’s but the service is a lot better. So, the cost difference is with the money when the employees treat and serve you better.

One of the better Chipotles I think personally the scoops of food is always decent. My only complaint is it seems like everytime I am in there they have to stock the table with something but they are also always busy and no one wants to eat at a restaurant that never has customers.

One worker acts like the servings are coming out of their pay so you have to ask for more. They only charge extra for certain things but with that worker, you get a half scoop, then get charged for a full scoop of extra because you have to ask for more. It was so bad another worker had to keep adding the right amount after they did their half scoops. Seems like a waste of time to have to keep asking them to do it right and some people won’t ask. This person may be tired or just burned out so they probably could use a switch in duties or at least retraining on serving sizes.

I usually love this place, but they totally screwed up my online order, they’re online chat is ridiculous the AI bot called pepper kept cutting me off from the live agents, which were no help at all, and had to start all over again after the second time I found the corporate number and called and complained to them, at least they were nice enough to take care of the situation, It’s the only thing that might bring me back to order again, but not online,nthrough the in restaurant line to make sure I get what I ordered
