If you want to be ripped off, order from this store. It comes like this every time – pickup, delivery… doesn’t matter. Spent $100+ on food from this location in a single order and every time it is messed up. Don’t gamble – make sure when you order dinner people can actually eat. Missing veggies, small quantities, cold food – just to start. To bad DoorDash doesn’t let you change your store, but I’m not convinced all Chipotles aren’t like this anymore.

Every time I have ordered online through chipotles website and I have requested double meat I’ve got less than a normal serving I ordered black beans as well and didn’t even get a scoop it seems. In person the service is great and all the portions are normal as asked for.

You will have the urge to walk away and eat elsewhere…follow your gut. No pun intended because the alternative is loose bowels.

I’ve been to every Chipotle in the Dayton area and this one is by far the best. It is definitely a noticeable difference. There’s always plenty of food ready, it’s always fresh and hot, the staff is always very friendly, and the line always moves very quickly. Definitely stands out above the rest. I’m very happy with it overall, and I truly appreciate it.

It was my 2nd time at this location. Interior and exterior were well maintained. They appeared to have sufficient staffing that allowed for a consistent lobby/beverage & supply station attendant. I was so happy to see and sit at a freshly wiped down table just as the weekly dinner rush poured in. Staff was friendly. Totally recommend.

One of the better Chipotles in the Dayton area, specifically the dining area is large and open. I think this creates a better atmosphere, as it doesn’t feel like you are falling over others. Food is what you expect with any Chipotle.

This location is absolutely terrible, with rude staff that could care less about doing there job. Went this evening to get dinner, after waiting in line for 20 minutes because they prioritize online orders an employee announces they are out of cheese, sourcream, lettuce and chicken?? Someone in front of me ask how can they be out of main ingredients, and the staff choose to laugh about it and find it humorous. I’m not one to usually leave a negative review but this has happened more than once at this location recently. Have never had these issues at other locations locally, so this can only be caused by inept management and employees.

Honestly, the cashier today was amazing, he said his name was Jacob, very caring and honestly would love to work with him, maybe even be his manager! Would come back

Food is good, not dry or old. Whenever I am in town, I make sure to stop here to eat. I appreciate their willingness to give me less than half scoop f chicken as I requested (I’m picky).

Once again screwed by the app order. I guess the business model is short-serve the online orders with barely enough of an ingredient to qualify, and hope customers quit ordering online? Or do we need to be there in person to lean over the glass and watch the food being made, to not get short served? I only order one thing at Chipolte, and have for years: crunchy tacos. In-store, they are made full and delicious. App order? Prepare for some short served, barely put together b_llshiat. My tacos today were app ordered and not even half full. It is my fault because it’s happened before, but like a fool I returned and expected something different. Honestly I could have made a better lunch at home myself. The Chipolte customer using the app order system trades convenience for less food, but still pays the same price! What a great business model Chipolte. No effort and no quality control, the app order line (a separate food table from the in-store orders) consistently does this. I’m done with this store and done paying $10 for half empty taco shells. Better choices are everywhere and Chipolte will get no more of my money. Everybody with a set of ears is going to hear this story too. Fvck Chipolte and their rip off business model. I used to think it was a decent product, but the company has debased itself with the way app orders are short served over and over and over. Never again.
