Don’t waste your time and money going here. I recently placed a pick up order. When I went in to get it they told me someone had just picked up my order. They gave my order to the wrong person. So I had to wait for them to remake it. I gave them another chance tonight. My pick up order was supposed to be ready at 6:30. I had to wait until 7pm for my order. While I was waiting they announced they were out of white rice and sour cream. When I finally got my food home I realized my order was made incorrectly. I reached out to their online customer service and it took 30 minutes to resolve and get the refund I requested as they continually offered me other things beside the refund. I tried calling the store locally, but it’s just an automated call directing you to their online customer service. You can’t speak with an actual manager. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Worst Chipotle in America. Online orders only AGAIN. Insane. Walk in and you can’t order you have to sit down and use your phone to do an order. And then it takes forever to get your order. Workers move so slow it looks like they are doing it on purpose . And the kicker, the app sent my order to the wrong location. Fortunately the staff in Xenia was extra rude about it.

My recent Friday evening visit was the lowest of any Chipotle I have visited, ever. Possibly an isolated case, but easily over 20 minutes from walking in till food served. Food quality and serving size were great.

Food was good but it took 50 minutes. 3 of the six employees weren’t working and store was only taking mobile orders and if you weren’t standing at the counter when your order was up you’d never know it was ready due to the crowd waiting for their orders. They weren’t using the pick up shelf. Chipotle please fix the pick up time estimates – there’s no reason with today’s technology that you can’t properly estimate a pickup time so people aren’t standing waiting 30 minutes past their pick up time.

You’ll be extremely lucky if they aren’t out of multiple ingredients when you try to order. They regularly don’t have my protein of choice, the rice is often undercooked, and somehow my tortilla was stale?

Fajita is rarely stocked, they constantly mix sour cream in the hot sauce and drop cheese with lettuce, your order will more than likely be late. They won’t refund your meal if you order online and there’s no fajita. They rip the burrito and try to force a double wrap. They open late. Vegans beware.

I just visited this restaurant for the first time and let me tell you the bowls are good!!! I decided to get brown rice, the new chicken( kinda spicy but sweet), mild salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. This combo was amazing!! The best food I have had in awhile. If you go here be sure to get the new chicken!!!

Have been disappointed with this place for awhile. When ordering online they are almost always 30 minutes past the estimate. Employees are standing around chatting instead of helping the take out line. This time they were only 2 minutes late, but the portions were small. Taco Bell had bigger burritos. The food was dry and cold on all three of our meals. Going from disappointed to loss of a good customer… Pass if you don’t want to pay for sub par service and food.
