The employees didn’t acknowledge a single customer as they entered the door. After waiting for five minutes or so, an employee walks over and asks what we want. They weren’t necessarily rude, but they weren’t polite. The food was okay at best.

This Chipotle location isn’t the closest to us, but definitely worth a few more minutes of travel. I placed my order online through the Chipotle app & chose the pickup window. Within 10 mins, my order was ready & pickup was quick and easy. The portion sizes were generous & employee was very friendly. We will certainly be returning to this location going forward!

I didn’t see the sign that said they couldn’t redeem points right now and the young lady working the counter didn’t even hesitate to honor my reward anyway. So i get to keep my reward and use it at the same time! She did forget my chips but I had her talking and distracted so that was totally my fault.

Went here last night after another local chipotle would not stop goofing around and actually make orders, completely different experience. I was in and out from this chipotle faster than the one I tried to order before, this store was doing mobile orders and had more walk-in customers but the staff was actually working. Next time I crave chipotle I’m coming here since they actually take and make orders unlike others in this area. Burrito was huge, messy, and delicious for those wondering about the food.

I make a comment to the server McKenzie that I thought the portions she was serving were skimpy. Another employee thought the same thing too because he made a strange face about her serving. She took an attitude and tried to instigate an argument stating you can leave. I stated I’m entitled to an opinion .I didn’t yell or cause a scene. I believe she was acting out because the Vandelia police were having dinner, or she was experiencing monthly issues. She stated do you want me to get the manager. She seem so eager to get her Braiden. I told her what happened and what Mckenzie response was., and the manager responds was “yell you can leave. She showed no customer skills and I wonder would her actions been better if I was a white male. I then refused the meal and took my money somewhere else.

Ordered online and my fiancé picked up at the window. The person gave him the food and there was a small sign on the window that said “no rice due to a mechanical issue”. He assumed the issue was fixed since the person didn’t say anything. When he got home the bag was soaked as well as everything inside. No rice to be seen which basically made the food soup.

This location is in our little community and it’s hit or miss !!! Here recently I have done 2 online orders thru the app for delivery and 1 to pickup in the lane. Even when you pay or add additional portions it still looks and feels like the lightest bowl. If you ask for salad dressing it’s always a attitude behind it and/or some don’t even bother to check the last gal someone behind her corrected her and told her it was some. My online orders I had to report twice what is it with the skimpy servings of I pay almost $7 to add extra steak please add it to my bowl it’s not right I’m paying $18 for a bowl that looks as if it’s $8. All the app does is give you free stuff I don’t want free stuff because I may not return make our food correctly and no one would have complaints

Just take the “iced tea” part off the menu board. You never have it. Not that it’s made and you ran out. You literally don’t even take the time to make it. This is the only Chipotle I’ve ever been to that always seems to have an issue.
